The pictures do not do this place justice! Such an incredible house, beautifully renovated and styled. We loved using the sauna, hot tub and pool. The doggos also loved the huge yard to run around in. We can’t wait to come back again!

We really enjoyed staying at this cottage with our dog. The property was fun to explore and it was nice for some off grid time. Would recommend staying here!

Whispering Downs was such a great stay! Dog friendly, super well contained little tiny home. It was perfect for our long weekend. If you don’t mind driving or exploring there is plenty to do in the local area. Pottique and Cooyar falls are definitely a must see! Jo was so friendly, welcoming, and hospitable! The stay was absolutely amazing. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again. Eylece was a fantastic host. The view was absolutely beautiful and the cottage was right next to sheep and lambs which was an added bonus.

this is a very well appointed house in a quite location with beautiful surroundings. The house is spacious, comfortable and easy to find.

“Silverton” is a circa 1917 renovated timber weatherboard home located on a working 400 acre cattle property in the township of Somerset Dam, QLD. The house is located on top of a hill, looks over about 100 acres of paddock and is nestled below, and surrounded by, picturesque tree’d mountains. The house with period furniture has all the conveniences of a modern home. I highly recommend staying at this home! Thank you for letting us stay at Silverton!
