This newly renovated guest suite, found only 5 minutes from Interstate 70, the Clark County Fairgrounds/Champions Center, and the Springfield Antique Center, is a perfect stay in the country. The private guest suite comes equipped with a queen bed, double-size pull-out couch, air mattress and many essential amenities. Grab a quick bite to eat or a cup of coffee in our stocked kitchen. Please, no pets. However, there is a sweet dog living on the property.

The Yellow Springs Tiny House is a super insulated 400 square foot energy efficient home, partially powered by solar panels. It is all new, opened in June 2018. Just a few blocks from downtown, bikeway, Yellow Springs Brewery, Mills Park Hotel, Little Art Theater, and more.
