In the flat there is a kitchen with kitchen facilities (cooker and oven, fridge, sink, dishes and kitchen utensils), a bathroom with shower and washer and a bed-/living room (both in one). The bathroom has got central heating, but the kitchen and the bed-/living room need to be heated by tile stove (of course we'll heat it up before your arrival - so it will be nice and cosy when you arrive). The bedroom has got two single beds and one chest of drawers. It is possible to add one extra mattress or a cot. Linen and towels are available. The flat has it's own entrance and can be accessed without crossing our backyard (where you would meet our dog, 6 cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, turtles, chicken and the sheep on the meadow right behind our lot - as you can see, we have quite a little farm here :-) ).

Die Badestelle am Grimnitzsee ist ca. 300m entfernt und in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ideal für Kinder. Die Schorfheide und ihre Umgebung ist für ihre vielen Ausflugsziele bekannt z.B. We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the larger unit. (The smaller unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21896074) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Up to 12 persons may stay in the four lovingly designed bedrooms.
