La casa es sencillamente espectacular, te sientes atrapado por la belleza del lugar y Tarará es el lugar perfecto para olvidarse del mundo. Una playa casi para ti solo y una paz…No tengo palabras. Repetiré.

Is by far the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in Havana and I’ve been coming for 30 years. It is absolutely spectacular. Susie looks after the place is a light and a wonderful help mate. The house was immaculately clean the sheets and towels were wonderful. The view was beyond compare. It is as good as any hotel. I have stayed anywhere in the world and I have stayed absolutely everywhere. My only reluctance and telling everyone how great this place is is that it will be booked. Next time I come. It’s the only place I stay in Havana.

Logement très bien situé au centre de la vieille ville. La personne qui nous a accueilli était très gentille et nous a préparé un bon petit déjeuner. L’hôte était toujours très réactif à nos messages Je recommande

Muchas hablan a cerca de Cuba, que hay pobreza e injusticias sociales y eso es cierto, pero yo quiero hablar de un país con una arquitectura única y hermosa, de un país lleno de historia y lugares maravillosos que valen toda la pena conocer, esta casa ubicada en el centro de La Habana, dotada con todo lo necesario para que los visitantes disfruten, conozcan y vivan una gran experiencia. Como si esta maravillosa experiencia fuera poco lo trascendental y maravilloso lo hace su anfitrión César y su pareja Olaysis, fueron incondicionales con nosotros, nos hicieron excelentes recomendaciones. Estuvieron atentos a cada una de nuestras inquietudes; así que si alguien desea ir a Cuba vayan tranquilos y hospedense en esta preciosa casa, pero no olviden exigir que César sea su anfitrión el realmente hace la diferencia. Mi familia y yo los llevaremos por siempre en nuestro corazón.

Una de las cosas buenas de mi visita a La Habana fue haberme hospedado en este lugar. Quizas no es muy grande pero aún asi es cómodo. Desayunar en la terraza es una experiencia muy agradable aunque algunos árboles bloquean la vista alcanzas a ver parte del Puerto y la Habana Vieja. Cuenta con aire acondicionado y tienes internet en las noches por tiempo limitado. Me gustó porque a unos 200 metros está una estación de Ferry que puedes usar para cruzar la bahía a la Habana Vieja y es muy económico hay un barquito que sale cada hora aproximadamente.

This guy single handedly saved our last 3 days in Cuba with his solarpanels during the nation wide blackout. (This way we manage to check in for our flights) We never planned on visiting Matanzas, but boy, Alay made it very interesting with his background in tourism. Highly recommended!

Jorge’s apartment is absolutely grand…both in the palatial and the Scottish sense of the word! I met Jorge briefly and he was charming. Madelin and Angelo who look after the place are so great. They are lovely people and if there are any queries, you let them know and they answer immediately or call by from around the corner. Angelo speaks English and provides you with a local sim card, which means that you can use your phone. Coming home in the evening, was just that! For me, the apartment is in the perfect position for my work in central Havana and access to Havana Viecha. You can watch the life of the neighbourhood go by from the balcony as you drink your Cuba Libre! There is a good vegetable seller across the road and St Raphael market one street down. I will definitely return to stay next year, if they will have me! Thank you for a fabulous stay!
