This place was exactly what we hoped for. It was very spacious and the 2 bathrooms were helpful. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen has what we needed. There was a problem with the batteries in the door lock and before we knew there was an issue, Mary contacted us and asked if she could come up to replace them. We were extremely please with the place and would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Exactly as described and pictured. One block from St. Charles trolley made getting around easy. Very clean, and all needed basics provided. Would stay again. For those with mobility issues, be aware, 17 steps between first and second floors.

Luan and Victoria provided us with the perfect location, excellent hospitality and quick communication. The house was cute, well appointed and there were plenty of towels for our girls weekend! We will be back for sure! Highly recommend!

I’ve visited New Orleans many times, and this was my favorite spot to stay by far. The uptown location is incredible (in a walkable, safe, quiet neighborhood filled with lots of flowers, steps from the streetcar), and the apartment is clean and spacious. The two bed/two bath set-up is perfect for two couples! Ryan provided lots of local food & drink reccs, which rocked. Couldn’t ask for more! A great home base in NOLA

Place was clean and easy to use. As a seasoned New Orleans visitor, I love the location. 1/2 Block to Franky and Johnnys restaturant and Dos Jeffes cigar bar, gas staion across the street and the grocery store 2 blocks away, it has alot of amentities. Also off street parking. Only down side is that it is next to Port of New Orleans and the trains and ships can get loud every once in awhile. All in alll i always look in this area of town when I head to the big easy.

Cecilia and Henry were friendly and helpful. Their place was wonderful: spacious, clean and comfortable. They made our tenth Jazz Fest fantastic!

a straight shot into the French Qtr, about 20min walk tonthe middle of the action. there is a whole foods about 20min the other direction, though parts of that area are a bit sketchy. bed is comfy. has a great coffee maker. easy to find parking.

Great space if you want to stay on Frenchman in the middle of NoLa’s music scene. The balcony was our favorite. The AC worked great. We loved the space and we felt right at home.

As someone that comes to New Orleans every couple years, this was by far one of our best stays, in large part due to where we stayed. The location is perfect for our needs — close to family, lots of great food nearby, a close walk with the dog to the park, and with the Quarter easily accessible. The house was clean and cozy with a medium-sized shady fenced-in side yard that made hanging outside with family and the dog super pleasant.

Khalil's place is in a great location... walking distance to Frenchmen St. and the French Quarter. His home is comfortable and more than enough space for the two of us. Communication A+ We look forward to staying there again in the future!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, the house was cozy and well stocked with all the essential necessities. The place was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet with plenty of grocery stores nearby. The home location was easy to find and all of our destinations were within 15 to 20 minutes. I cannot say enough good things about this place. So sweet and charming- exactly like the photos! And Jeannette is a PRO. From the little extras- (pint glasses in the freezer, snacks/coffee pods on arrival) to the local recommendations and casual conversation. Fastidiously clean! Plenty of towels, pillows, linens, etc. Air conditioning works great! This place rates super high! Treme is a historic neighborhood worthy of exploration and located right where you wanna be between NOMA and the FQ. Planning a return visit and planning to stay here again.

This is my second time staying at this location. Jim is incredibly helpful and attentive. His property is beautiful and peaceful. The location is situated well within the city to get anywhere you want to go with ease. My tip: enjoy your coffee or evening cocktail in the garden or on the balcony. You will not be disappointed.

Our stay was great. Check in and out was a breeze. We felt right at home with very comfortable accommodations. The furnishings were very tasteful with a cute backyard. We hope to stay again in the future!

The place was exactly as it was described. It’s small but perfect for visiting New Orleans because you’re not there very often. It was very cozy and convenient. It only took around 15 minutes to get to the French Quarter when walking. We didn’t even get a car because we were able to do everything from this location. There was a coffee shop right across the street that was really good. A small market is a block away. There are also shops in the French Quarter so if you need groceries, you can get them there. The communication was excellent. They made sure to give prompt instructions on how to get to your place. We had a great time. Thank you.

Our stay at Jannette's was flawless. If you like to walk, the neighborhood is enchanting. Restaurants are within walking distance and a nice grocery store is only a couple of blocks away. The amenities are great. We felt very comfortable and safe. Jannette loves her home and it shows. We will be staying with Jannette again.

Love this area of Nola, so many places to eat and drink within walking distance. The Hank's Market next door was open and made fresh food 24/7 which came in handy every day. Communication was great with prompt responses. Beds were comfy, provided bar fresh soap in the bathrooms, laundry came in handy, a/c worked well (once you translated Celsius to Fahrenheit) All overhead lighting was on dimmers, which is rare in airbnb, and so very much appreciated! Kitchen had everything you would need to make a meal for 1-6 or even more people. Only negative issue was the pool and hot tub were not working the entire time of our trip. We were told it was being repaired and were waiting on parts so i would check in advance as we were looking forward to soaking in hot tub and a quick dip to cool off in the Nola heat. The hosts did issue us a small credit because of this issue, so that was nice. We would love to stay again if we have another guest to stay with to share the cost. nice decor and quiet!

Great location and home!

I had a great stay at this apartment. It was clean and well located - any minor issues were addressed immediately (I was there for 13 nights).
