We had a great stay; the place was nicely decorated but not over the top, the amenities were useful and location was on a quiet street in a nice neighbourhood and in walking distance of Bardstown Road. Stacey was very friendly and helpful!

Anne’s place is located in a wonderful neighborhood within walking distance to great shops and restaurants (also a quick drive to the airport). We were very comfortable during our stay and had a lot of fun admiring the 90s nostalgia throughout the barn!

This place is a slice of heaven. It’s quiet and perfect for a group of family / family friends / and for myself a bachelorette group. We enjoyed the tranquility and the feeling of right at home! The house was cute and clean. You get your bang for your buck here. My only advice would be if you book, bring a car that can climb a hill, as the home is on top of (what feels like) mountain! But makes for gorgeous views.

Ramona and Steve were fantastic hosts. They made us feel right at home. Their location is beautiful and peaceful and just good for the soul! If my family and I are ever in the area again we will definitely love to visit again!

This was my 2nd time to stay at Stacy's place. It was just as clean and accommodating as I remembered it! Stacy's place is located in a trendy neighborhood with international dining options. Louisville is a short 15 minutes away. I recommend visiting the zoo, which is just 5 minutes from the rental. Neighborhood is extremely safe and dog friendly. I couldn't recommend this place more!

We have stayed at many airbnb. I feel this is the best one. The house is very spacious and nice. Has huge living room and large bedroom and two bathrooms. It is in a very quiet town. Not too far from Louisville, KY. I definitely recommend it to people go to Louisville, KY and surrounding areas.

This was the place I needed for the weekend. It was very Peaceful and the place was so nice, clean and relaxing! Maria was so nice and very easy to communicate with. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Valerie, Jim, and Dixie were absolutely fantastic! I can’t say enough good things about them and their lovely home. I felt so welcomed and had the best time. Valerie was especially personable and me feel comfortable and right at home. She gave me a few lifts to Bardstown, which were beyond helpful and shared some great recommendations! The pool and fishing pond are delightful, the hammock is amazing, and the views are beautiful. Angel’s Rest was pure paradise and I would 100% stay again!!

Stephanie was incredible! She was super kind, welcoming, and accommodating, especially when we had an issue with another place we had planned on staying. She let us check in early and let us add another night last minute. The space was lovely! Very clean and homey. Plenty to do indoors, had all the amenities listed, and the surrounding area was beautiful. Whole heartedly recommend staying here! Stephanie is awesome and the space is awesome!

Great little spot for 2-3 guest!

Very convenient to the Expo Center... More comfortable than a chain hotel room. Would certainly use again if the price made sense.

If you’re looking for a place to stay downtown, book this one! We stayed here for a volleyball tournament at the Expo Center, and it was perfect—great location, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

hosts are super friendly and helped with anything that we needed. everything was super clean and I loved sitting on the back porch at night and first thing in the morning. they also had everything you could need in kitchen and bathroom. I do plan to stay again when I come back to town. I had a really great time and very relaxing.

Awesome spot. Very private. Very walkable area close to some great bars, restaurants, coffee shops, local shops, and a cat cafe. The unit itself was spacious, very clean, and has everything you could need including a washer and dryer which we needed unexpectedly. The bed was really comfortable as were the linens. Kellie was a great host and is super fast in responses, and checked in on us to make sure we didn’t have any issues. I would love to stay here again in a future trip to Louisville.

We visited for Kentucky Derby and the location was superb! We had close and easy access with far enough distance to be out of the crowd with great access to local dining, grocery and also downtown Old Louisville. The place was immaculate, and extremely comfortable for 4 adults. The price was right too! We had a wonderful stay.

If I could i’d give Deborah more than 5 ⭐️ She was an amazing host and took extra time to set the room up specially for Valentine’s day. She went out of her way to make our stay the best experience we have had on AirBnb. She recommended lots of restaurants and the one we decided to go to might have had the best seafood i’ve ever had. She also sent me many trails where I could run at and was super informative on everything she recommended! The place was beautiful and it felt like a home and this is definitely some place i’d love to come back to! Thanks again Deborah!

Fantastic hosts, the air bnb was exactly as described, a beautiful location close to many things in Nulu, The Highlands and Downtown. Very accommodating hosts and very easy to communicate with! I highly recommend this spot!

This is one of the coolest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! The space looks exactly like the photos, was easy to find, clean, and walkable within the Nulu district. We love a reclaimed building and felt safe in the area, but note that you are in the middle of a vibrant downtown bar district so there is loud car noises throughout the night. The hosts provided a white noise machine, ear plugs, and eye mask which was appreciated. The renovation of the space was very well done and we felt right at home. If you have an EV, note that there’s a hotel garage right around the corner with 8 chargers in it so it’s easy to park there overnight (which was a big factor for us booking here). Would stay here again!

We’ve stayed in lots of Airbnb’s over the years but I have to say this tops them all. Beautiful house, very comfortable and inviting. The owner responded every time very quickly. The backyard, the front porch and the upper deck are perfect for hanging out with friends or enjoying the peacefulness of the river. Can’t wait to book this place again.
