Victoria's place was very nice for our family visit. The bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen were all clean and functional. The layout is on three floors (including a finished basement), and the bedrooms are distributed on all the floors. This was fine for us, but be aware if you have mobility issues. The bathrooms look like they were recently remodeled and were very attractive. The kitchen is not very big (a shortage of cabinets), but it was sufficiently stocked and thoughtfully laid out. This is literally the only AirBnB I've stayed at that had functional non-stick pans! The location is in the western suburbs of Denver. This was great for us (family lives around the corner), but it's a typical suburban area so you will need a car to go anywhere. On the plus side, there are hundreds of convenient restaurants and stores within a short drive, and food delivery options were plentiful. There's a walking trail directly behind the house that connects to a larger trail system.

Top of the mountain! Great views. Looked just liked the pictures. Very well stocked kitchen. Internet worked well for work ( that was important) as it was listed at 15 mbps. Very well set up for little kids which was a plus, we had our own stuff but the high chair options were great. Highly recommend.

The place is calm, well-equipped, and the view is stunning. We had a great stay there!

Great house with plenty of room to hang out as a family. Master bedroom is beautiful with a great area for a baby/toddler to stay. Host responded quickly when we had a question.

Brianna thought of EVERYTHING to make our stay comfortable!! Amazing house, open space, so many amenities, very clean, comfy beds, and let’s not forget the box fans!!! It is a great location close to Old Town Arvada, Denver, Golden and Red Rocks Amphitheater!! Highly recommend this home!!

This Airbnb is absolutely perfect if you are going to see a concert at Red Rocks! They also had the cutest decor and you can tell a lot of thought and effort was put into their place! Everything is labeled incredibly well. Would 100% stay here again!

We had a great time. The accommodations were so nice, very clean and well appointed. We were welcomed by deer and cute fox who slept in the yard our last night.

Ben is the best! So responsive, helpful, on the ball! The condo is beautiful and a fantastic location. But don't go there...because I WANT IT!! Haha!

This is a wonderful place. It was perfect for my husband and I to stay while visiting grandchildren. The furniture was comfortable. Be aware that there is no oven, but that was fine for the two of us. There was a toaster oven. The place was very clean. Unfortunately it was raining when we visited. I would love to go back when the sun is shining. There’s a great porch!!

Wonderful place to stay. Located right outside the little downtown and easily walkable to get food, shop, and explore with the bonus of great views. Location was perfect to either drive over to local hiking trails in the mountains or take a day trip into Denver to explore the city. Would love to come stay again in the future and highly recommended!

Beautiful house in a nice neighborhood close to downtown. The place was spotless when we arrived and looked exactly like the photos. Loved the hot tub!

Great place to stay if you are attending a concert at Red Rocks. It was very easy to get to the concert. They did make us go the long way around when we left but it was still much more convenient than staying in Denver. The place is cute, clean, and quiet.

Jessica was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and during our stay. Would definitely recommend her as a host and her beautiful Arvada home.
