Nice place for the money there were so many rooms I didn’t even explore them all, would highly recommend this place for a large group of friends and family!!!

The Medford House was an absolutely amazing place to stay and Jamie was a wonderful host! The home is a great place for a family or a group of friends. There’s many restaurants nearby that Jamie recommended and all of them were excellent. I highly recommend anyone visiting Birmingham to stay at this home!

Lovely house beautifully decorated the backyard was an oasis with Palm trees, a relaxing lawn chair hammock, fire pit and games. The house is set up for you to relax and enjoy your family. The special touches like a cute coffee bar, little notes with instructions for ease in house and all the amenities like home to make you feel pampered and on vacation with no worries was so thoughtful. Thank you!

Excellent stay! Hosts communicated and provided tons of information. House was very cozy, game room fun. We had a large party staying and were very comfortable. Would recommend and stay again!

The host for this place were absolutely Great, This was truly a place I could call home away from home. The Black House brought I and my family so many bright and happy memories after staying here during a extended stay. I absolutely love how the host were very responsive and how clean, spacious, and comfortable the place is. I couldn't picked a better place to create such beautiful memories. ☆Definitely a 10 out of 10☆

This was a great house for our family to stay in for college graduation weekend! Ryan & Scott are great hosts who have thought of everything! Loved the house style, decor, and natural surroundings. Very comfortable stay!

Don’t wait just book. Raquel and Christopher were amazing. We actually arrived at the wrong building (no fault of theirs) and they stayed on the phone until we made it to our building and stayed on until we made it inside of our apartment! They were absolutely the BEST!!! The apartment is beautiful and the backdrop to a great weekend in Birmingham!

The stay here was very nice. The host was very responsive, friendly and professional. The building and the apartment space were very clean. Having to access the apartment and the building via the latch app made the stay feel secure and safe. There is also easy access from parking garage next to the building in which you’d have to pay to park, but there is plenty of free street parking across the street from the building and on the next block over. I would definitely stay here if/when I visit the Birmingham area again.

I was looking for a place close to the grandview hospital and for that, Clint’s place suited me perfectly. It was a quick 5 mins drive. They had a gym that was perfect. The apt had all the amenities and wake up Birmingham are quite responsive to any questions and ready to help. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. We stayed for a month and had enough linen and all the utensils needed for cooking everyday. The beds are comfortable and it’s a great place. I only have one recommendation. If the garage fob can be placed along with the apt key in the lockbox it would be easier to just enter the garage with the car once retrieved.

Suzanne’s suite was spectacular, spectacular. Decorated with a keen eye for antiques and flair. There isn’t a dull corner in the space. The spiral staircase going up to the suite reminded me of apartments in NYC. Suzanne was kind and easy to talk to and I felt safe in her space, and the area, to stay with my husband and baby. We would absolutely stay here again! We loved it!

We had a wonderful time at the log cabin. Peaceful, relaxing and exactly what we were looking for this holiday. The property is gorgeous. The cabin has incredible character while being still comfortable and having the amenities we needed. We found hiking trails just 10 minutes away at Double Oak. Best of all, it was quality time spent enjoying our boys and our pup.

We enjoyed our stay! Cozy little cabin home with a steep driveway. Plenty of space for our guests. Short drive to plenty of restaurants and activities.

It was one of the most restful and peaceful places I have stayed. Enjoyed it very much.

We really enjoyed our weekend here! Very relaxing location away from the hustle and bustle of Tuscaloosa and Birmingham, but close enough to use this as a jumping off point for an event or night out (we went to see Theo Von while we were there). We also enjoyed being able to fish and the kayaks that were available!
