This Apartment style basement suite is a comfy space with 1450 sf of living space. Dogs are welcome and we will also share our back fenced dog park! The basement has a private entry, Sleeps 9, and was renovated in 2022. Our home is comfortable with modern & vintage decor. Each bedroom has a bed, closet, dresser, nightstand & desk. We are not a wheelchair friendly home. We are a dog paradise and all breeds welcome. Our third sleeping area is a non-enclosed area you walk through to bedrooms.

Meet Virginia! She doesnt own a dress and her hair is always a mess, meet Virginia! This house was named after the street location and this song by Train. It is music-themed with a unique vibe and a nice view! French Lick has so much to offer- golf, French Lick Casino, train, gokarts, Patoka lake. shopping and several restaurants. Your sure to have a blast in this town! Please note, this is not a handicapped accessible property due to the steps. 3rd bed is a pull out couch. Come stay!

Izzy’s Treasure, entire cottage, super value!

Open concept living, dining and kitchen stocked with everything you need. Just grab some eggs, and milk on your way in. The upstairs has a spacious king room. The small Bedroom with full size bed has a full mattress that slides out from underneath. The lake picture is my personal dock that is 4 miles from the house. You can access the dock if you’re boating. The house is not on the lake.
