Welcome to the Jamesville Cottage. Nestled amidst the tranquil beauty of Jamesville, our charming home offers you the perfect combination of suburban privacy and proximity to the city simultaneously. Inside you will find a kitchen, dining and family rooms, along with a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. The second floor offers two additional bedrooms and a study. Located minutes off the highway makes Syracuse university, hospitals, downtown, and many attractions only minutes away!

Charlie's Place

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Centrally located in the iconic Westcott Nation in Syracuse, NY. Park and enjoy! 2 blocks to a variety of restaurants, music venues, library, shopping and more! If you want to venture outside the neighborhood, No car, No problem. Easy walk to SU campus or we're right on the bus route. There's no lack of motorized bikes and scooters to get you to where you want to go also. This townhouse is updated, freshly painted, full of light and waiting for you!!! Hope to see you soon

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.
