In walking distance to Jamestown Village. Short drive to Newport (14 min); Wickford (15 min); Narragansett (23 min); Block Island Ferry (38 min); and TFG Airport (30 min). The living room has a gas fireplace, desk, flat screen TV, sofa and bath. A spiral staircase leads you to the upper level which has a queen size bed, vanity, reading chair and armoire. Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited.

Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

Wickford Beach Chalet Escape

Our wonderful chalet, close to the water, and a private beach within a 5 min walk, is an ideal escape destination for any couple or family. Our open A-framed home has 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with a jacuzzi and comfortable beds and linens. It's well prepared for families. We have beach gear along with a backyard with a picnic table and large Weber grill. Our place is a 4 min drive from Historic Wickford with great restaurants. We are sure you will love our vacation home as much as we do!

We are walking distance to Goddard State Park: with horseback riding, boating, beach, golf, biking, picnics, and trails to run & walk. We are midpoint to Providence, Newport, and Narragansett. Located approximatly 1 mile from downtown Newport, this ia a truly unique and awesome space. Everything in this house is brand new and the place is spotless. Trust me you will love staying here. It’s the perfect spot for two couples. I also live on property but your space is completely private.. Just as an FYI Fridays and Saturdays are a package deal. You must book both otherwise I would lose the other. (Next to impossible to rent a Saturday if the Friday is already booked)
