Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

Views of the sound & the river side of the island. 3 BR are large (2 King beds/1 Queen), w/ their own BA (1 BR w/ BA is on 1st floor, no stairs). Smart TV's in 3 BR's. Great entertaining space!

The house has a lot of space for large groups and there are many thing to make your stay memorable . The house includes Automatic Espresso Machine, PS5, Netflix, HBO Max, Apple TV+, ESPN+, etc. The house also is well equipped for families with kids and babies. We have exercise equipment such as rowing machine in the basement. You will have a lot of fun with the foosball table.

Formally a garage, this property has been transformed into a trendy two bedroom home! Located on premises at The Midtown Lofts, you can enjoy all of the amenities the property has to offer. Pool, fitness center, beach volley ball court, fire pit and the private movie theater. Pool is seasonal. The large windows allow all of the natural light you want! Two full-size beds. There is also a work space for those of you who are traveling for business, but please try to have some fun as well!
