Extremely helpful staff that responded very quickly and were extremely guestful and mindful. Nice big clean apartment, with two great bedrooms with each its bathroom, spacey kitchen. Thank you for the stay! We had a nice time in the apartment.

First of all, this is an excellent apartment located in a convenient area allowing me to reach crucial spots in Dar Es Salaam. What made my stay even better was Rashmah, the building manager who was not just very helpful, giving clear instructions and being attentive, she also gave a very warm reception upon my arrival. The apartment is modern, clean, has all the necessary amenities and most of all, incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home. I cannot fault any part of my stay with Unreal Homes. Perfect! 10/10. My only request is that Vicky and Unreal Homes give Rashmah a salary increase immediately. She’s a true hostess. Perfect in every way.

Attu's place is located in very safe street close by to the police station, security guarded and monitored with CCTV 24/7. The landscape and garden outside are well maintained which provide a comfortable outdoor atmosphere. The kitchen is full equipped with all the essential utensils for cooking, eating and coffee making. The internal decor and amenities are of high quality designed to give you a sense of luxury and value. The room is spacious with Queen size bed, and I found the mattress to be very comfy covered with very clean sheets. She has installed water system that ensure the water running in the house is clean and safe, the water from the tap is portable. Reliable power with standby generator. I had warm welcoming to the house especially from Mama Agnes who always available whenever you need her help. The host respond swiftly, and she is ready to go extra miles to ensure your stay is comfortable and convenient. This is one of the gems in town and I would recommend to anyone.

Hamid was great- he let us have a late checkout and there was a problem with the tv which he replaced within an hour. Recommended local places to eat and go out

Hajra and Halima’s home is quite nice. They are so responsive and super flexible. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Dar in Mikocheni.

Zanna’s was an absolutely amazing place. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was better than the pictures. All amenities were there and well maintained. The house truly feels like home. Zanna is super responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved dealing with her and we certainly would go back if we are back in Dar. 10/10 would recommend. Special mention - Dennis who was our chef for the period we stayed at Zanna’s. His food was fantastic and absolutely delicious. Plus we loved interacting with him and getting recommendations of where to go from him.

Great place to stay while vacationing in Dar es Salaam. Easy check in and Care taker Malaki was always available for any question. Definitely I am recommending this place.

A beautiful Airbnb and amazing host! The hospitality was great and the surprised breakfast being included was a plus. It was a bit hard to find, but once we did we didn’t want to leave! Wished we stayed at this Airbnb longer!

It was really wonderful. Ramla and Luay are definitely one of the best hosts I ever encountered. It's a bit difficult to find this place but they have been guiding us and ready to help anytime. You need to pay your own electricity but it wasn't a problem for me. Will come again for the friendly people

Grace was the most welcoming and kind host, our flight was delayed by many hours but she still met us and kindly offered us help with a local taxi she arranged. We were a family of 6 the home was more than perfect, bedrooms are a great size and the kitchen, living room and dining area are all perfect for a family our size! Grace truly made us feel at home and any worries we had she was only a text message away. It was our first time in dar es salaam but we weren’t worried or scared staying there at all, there was a security guard at night so that gave us an extra feeling of security when staying at the air bnb. The home comes with most of what you’ll need for your stay, fresh bedding, towels, cooking equipment and more. We hope to visit one day again and we would definitely stay at graces lovely home again :)

Great stay at Najmas house! Great location to visit all the historical tourists sites located in stone town. We stayed with two children and Najmas was the best choice, the pool and pool table were a massive hit, and was used every day. Nothing was too much to ask of Najma, she was lovely and welcoming and very helpful in organising our transfers from the airport with her driver. The house was spotless, equipped with all cooking utensils, towels, washing machine and most of all amazing aircon that was much appreciated as it was very hot. The location felt very safe and as a family we did not feel worried about walking around the back lanes of stone town, despite reading some online reviews that warned of muggers and pickpockets. We would highly recommend visiting Najmas house, it so cosy and close to everything we wanted to do and see. Thank you for a great stay!!

Nous avons passé deux nuits chez Abdallah, l’appartement est propre et fonctionnel, idéalement situé très proche des petites rues étroites de Stone Town qui mènent au bord de mer en 8mn à pied. Nous avons été accueillis très généreusement et Abdallah répondait à toutes nos questions dès que nous en avions besoin. Idéal pour découvrir Stone Town et ses richesses, merci encore !

I stayed in Travie's place again. As usual everything was fine and whenever there was an issue he fixed it fast. He even brought more kitchen utensils while I was there. It is a nice place in a good neighbourhood and quite central to get to any other part in Dar. Very recommended and I will stay again when I am back!

I am very thankful for the time I could spend at the embassy appartment. It was a very nice environment, the land lady was very helpful in everything and I am just looking forward to my next stay with the embassy appartment. The location is also nice and developping around, you can have nice local food next to you. The appartment was nice, it had also solar, what made it easy to work remote & the wireless was also enough strong. All in All very very happy and a little bit sad to leave. See you next time! I had the absolute honor of being Mohamed’s very first guest, and what an amazing experience it was. The unit was immaculately clean, thoughtfully set up, and felt like a true home away from home.
