With photo-ready furnishings, white cotton and linen bedding, and subtle antique decor, our cottage exudes a warm vibe that will make you feel right at home. Please, no wild parties or drug use. Swim, fish, ski, kayak, or just relax on the deck, dock or patio. Boat ramp located within one mile. Home has a swimming dock and a dock for boat hookup. No smoking, vaping or pets allowed. Maximum of 9 overnight guests and 5 cars allowed on the property. Maximum of 12 people total, day or night, allowed.

The Cottage sets on the South River. With beautiful views all around it. The kitchen is great for cooking. There are 2 eating areas 1 inside and 1 outside with plenty of tables and chairs on the deck. 2 bedrooms with queen beds a 3rd room with a twin/ trundle . Also,a couch that pulls out to a full bed.A short walk from our front door is Arabia Mountain Trail. It feels remote here but close to everything.
