The Sasquatch Inn is a secluded heavily wooded primitive cabin that sits on 32 acres, with some great views of the Smoky mountains. This is a hike-"Up/Down" the mtn. Hike up approximately 1/4 mile. We can also ferry your gear to and from the parking area in our Polaris General if need be but will need to make arrangements for that. The hike "is" uphill. Bring an umbrella and flashlights for your night-time hike up, and hiking shoes. The hike "up" the mountain can be slippery/muddy when raining.

Adorable & freshly renovated cabin located in a private wooded community between Highlands and Franklin in the Nantahala National Forest. Our light & airy cabin is nestled on almost 4 acres of woodsy, mountainous terrain and is private and picturesque, yet still convenient to town. We love relaxing on the front porch, surrounded by nature and enjoying the sounds of the streams & views of the mountains. It is a peaceful cabin to relax & enjoy the cool breezes and scenery of the Smoky Mountains.

This idyllic cabin, conveniently located on over 4 wooded acres, is well-appointed despite its cozy 400 sq ft interior size. Great location within 40 minutes of many major WNC attractions including Asheville, GSMNP, etc. The property boasts paved access and high-speed fiber optic internet.

If there is work to do, you can utilize the dedicated high-speed internet and work from the bar-top or on the front deck.
