Our Family Estate is set on a hill overlooking the lake in the middle of nearly eight acres. You will be surrounded by nature, enveloped in beautiful sunrises and starry skies. Inside is a full kitchen and plenty of room to spread out, relax and refresh. Enjoy the lake using our kayaks, rowboat, and paddle boat. Stay warm by the large fire pit, or sit watching the deer, sandhill cranes, turkey, and birds. Our family has created over two decades of memories here. Come make some of your own.

Quonset Hut Cottage

Listed as one of Michigan's Dream Homes 2023. Located on the beautiful all-sports Swains Lake. Includes 2 kayaks, paddle boat (April-Oct), your own dock and beach area. Public boat launch a mile down the road. Inside you will find a clean, spacious, cabin with all the amenities needed for a romantic get away or a family fun trip! Only an hour away from Ann Arbor/ Kalamazoo or 30 minutes from Marshall. Falling Waters Trail, a 10 mile paved trail connecting Concord to Jackson, is 5 miles away.

The country concert Faster Horses and Michigan International Speedway are minutes away as well. Check out the nearby wineries and trails.

This cozy retreat is located on the Chain of Lakes. Our home features 3 bedrooms, 1 with a queen adjustable bed, 1 with a double bed and the other with a twin bunk bed. You can relax together and enjoy your favorite streaming services, curl up in front of the fireplace, or enjoy some of the best and most natural views on the lake from the chaise. Outside features a large fenced-in yard (no fence blocking the lake). You can go kayaking, fishing, or soak up the sun while lounging on the deck.

Four kayaks and life vests are available for use. Bring your boat and park it at the 2 available boat docks on the property! Public boat launch is located a short walking distance away. Restaurants, ice cream place, and convenience stores are located within walking distance or a short drive away.
