The yurt sits in its own private space in the forest. Visit the farm animals, historic barn and vegetable gardens. Annie's Place behind the winery

Welcome to Annie’s Place! Enjoy the sights and sounds of our family winery and vineyard, as well the relaxation of being in the country. Annie was my aunt and one of the founding members of Sandhill Crane Vineyards. She loved pouring wine for our guests, and they loved her wit and sass! We frequently enjoyed sitting on her porch sipping on a glass of wine or a cocktail. Annie passed away in 2022 but her memory lives on with her family and everyone who loved her. Have a toast to Annie!

Enjoy the good life on beautiful Sweezey Lake. Lots of outdoor space with private walking trails and wildlife. Newly renovated interior with great lake views. Screened-in porch or hot tub and fire pit on a cool night. Get on the water (except during the winter) with a private dock, kayaks, canoe, and paddle boat. Stay in a YURT on An Equine Rescue Ranch

The yurt is located on a 30 Acre Equine Rescue ranch. It is a 4 season 20ft yurt in the middle of the ranch with a beautiful view of Mustangs (American Legends). All proceeds from rental will go back to the rescue. There is electric, an outhouse a short walk away, a cold water spigot close by. Minutes away from Pleasant Lake for swimming, a local winery & 38 minutes from Ann Arbor. We offer tours and chances to interact with equines, including American Mustangs!
