We had a nice stay! The house was just as described—nothing fancy or luxurious, but it had all the basics we needed. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials, and the accommodations were comfortable. It’s a solid spot if you’re looking for a simple, no-frills place to stay.

I hope we can return to Cat’s place-it’s charming, warm, unique, fun, well appointed, funky, and the perfect backdrop for a weekend away with our kids for my oldest son’s Parents’ Weekend. Cat is an amazing host-so kind and welcoming, with games and books and notes all over to make sure everyone is comfortable! Beds are super cozy and the linens are soft and cozy. Located on a quiet street about a mile from Athens, it’s a straight shot into town. Highly recommend this cool farmhouse!

Beautiful, spacious, and cozy with all the comforts of home! We loved sitting on the front porch with our coffees every morning. Very family friendly, and perfectly comfortable for five adults and one infant. We loved that the hosts provided a pack n’ play, but we also discovered an array of toys and books for babies and kids. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect house, close to everything and the owners anticipated every need!

We were in town for a dance competition and booked this perfect house located just outside downtown Athens!!! It was a 6 min UBer ride to downtown. We enjoyed coffee on the back porch each morning and had plenty of space inside. We can’t wait to come back next time we are in town. Racheal was also so amazing at getting back to us quickly when we had a question. The house was decorated so cute too!!

We came for a work event, and Mary was absolutely outstanding helping us out! Our schedule was extremely in flux, but she was flexible with both our arrival time and departure time. She also communicated quickly and clearly! We really appreciated it. The house was perfectly suited for what we needed, with plenty of room and space. The kitchen and bedrooms were great. It was fantastic. We hope to come again!

Great house, easy to get to & clean!!

The epitome of a semi-rural urban retreat on a lovely location. Great little spot with all the amenities one needs during a trip to Athens. Was easy to grab food and come back to enjoy a cold beverage with dinner. House has comfortable beds and great yard. Would book again in a heartbeat!

I was so impressed by how clean the house was! I felt totally comfortable and there was plenty of space. There’s a nice little deck and it’s not a far drive from the heart of Athens. I had a lovely girls weekend and would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful home in the trees! We had a wonderful, comfortable stay and Sam was extremely responsive and friendly. As a plus, it’s very close to the greenway. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Aveline’s place—spacious, spotless, and located in a quiet, new development just a short walk from Publix, restaurants, and shops. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with plenty of private space for four adults. Aveline was a thoughtful and responsive host who checked in to make sure everything met our expectations. The area felt safe and peaceful, and I’d absolutely stay again if I’m ever back in town.

The Athens Bungalow was such a cute place and fit our needs perfectly. We liked the location and thought it was convenient to our daughter’s graduation activities. The extra touches they provided were so nice, such as the coffee bar, snack tray and fresh pastries. They had great communication and checked on us during our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place, awesome location near to downtown Athens! Great on a weekend as the rest of the building is mainly empty so it is very quiet!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, the location was great, and the hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommend!

Nice little place! We were able to get in and find the condo easily. I missed the notification from them asking when we would arrive, they reached out via text and everything worked out seamlessly. We were unable to use the amenities in the morning, no times were posted, the fitness center said 24 hours but the doors would not open with the key card, however it was open later in the afternoon. We had everything we needed at the condo, it was a short distance to downtown as advertised, just unfortunately through a section we did not feel comfortable walking so we drove. Appreciated how clean and well maintained it was!

The apartment was well set up and great for our one night stay. The complex was secured by a code as was the apartment. It was a quiet building. Location was also great as it's directly across from UGA. It has plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The host was very attentive and sent us clear instructions of where to park, where the apartment was, and how to get in.

Sandy was very responsive to our questions and needs. The apartment was just what we needed - 2 beds and 2 baths. Clean and comfortable. The price was less than a single hotel room! We consider staying here again. Thanks!

This apartment has a spacious living room, is very comfortable, clean and bright and is right on the edge of North Campus, with the living room windows look out at campus across Broad St. The convenience to campus and downtown Athens are unbeatable. The parking garage Alicia recommends has an exit on Clayton St, so if you park near that exit, you're just a block from the apartment.

Perfect location for a wedding we attended at the Botanical Gardens. Everything at the condo was just as described in the listing. Would recommend.

Great place to share with a small group, close to downtown.
