The studio is air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan. Guests have a private backyard patio. There is a washer and dryer and beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, and umbrella as well. Free on street parking on Harrison Street.

Very clean and private studio attached to the main house with its own independent entrance. Its 17 min to the beach, 1.5 millas to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, 12 min to Hard Rock Stadium, 15 min to the Fort Lauderdale International Airport, and it’s very closed to the markets like Publix, Costco, BJ’s, Walmart Super-center etc. It’s close to the Turnpike expressways and I95, it has very easy access. Great room to relax! Very peaceful!
