Our apartment is located a few kilometers south of Poreč, but it's still close to restaurants, beaches, and loads of sights and activities. You’ll love our place because it's cozy, well-equipped, quiet, and comfy, plus high ceilings make our apartment feel airy. Our apartment is good for couples, families with one child, and all who wish peace and quiet while still being close to the hustle & bustle of Poreč. Car is recommended, although you can easily reach the beach and the center on a bike.

This exclusive ambience, with large windows, that allow you to enjoy a marvellous view of the sea and of the northern port, is distributed on a spacious area with living and dining area, a modern and equipped kitchen, 1 terrace and 1 covered terrace. The suite has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, and terrace and the other, with 2 single beds and terrace. Two elegant bathrooms ensure to the guests maximum privacy and relaxation.

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
