Our energy is solar and we have our own aqueduct. Temperature oscillates between 72 and 84 degrees F. It is rented in its entirety. It has 3 one bedroom cabins with full baths. Satellite Internet (Starlink) is provided.

Our Hacienda sits on 40 Acres of land that was once one of the areas original Coffee plantations. Today, it is a private Estate with big jungle trees, about 4km of trails, fruit orchards and beautiful gardens. The house has been fully renovated and is welcoming and comfortable. A large wrap-around terrace looks out toward Volcán Barú and La Amistad Park. Hacienda Viva offers a setting to slow down and reconnect. The property is surrounded by large trees, naturally keep the house cool and provide shelter for birds and wildlife.
