Isola Sacra: soggiorni in alloggi sulla spiaggia

My family and I stayed at Marilena's just for one night because we had an early flight out of FCO airport. my wife and I were traveling with three kids under six. this was the first and only day that we did not have a car to get around. We took an Uber from the airport to the apartment. it was very simple and easy to do. It was very easy to access the apartment. the host had perfect instructions. We came on a bank holiday so there was not a lot of choices available. However, Marilena's suggestions were all amazing. we ended up going to a restaurant in Fiumicino city called Cielo. wow this place was amazing. service and food was amazing. The apartment we stayed at had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen and host gave us a welcome kit that was so kind. We felt very safe and it was nice that the location was only 10 min from the airport. thank you for everything Marilena!

Passámos uma semana incrível em Torvaianica durante estas férias de fim de ano, e não poderia estar mais satisfeito com a experiência! Embora fora da época balnear, o local revelou-se um verdadeiro refúgio de paz no inverno. O extenso areal oferece caminhadas tranquilas e momentos de contemplação, especialmente ao pôr do sol. Simplesmente deslumbrante! Gostaríamos de destacar também o cuidado e a atenção excepcionais por parte da arrendatária. Desde o momento da chegada, senti-me-nos verdadeiramente acolhidos. A casa estava impecavelmente limpa, aquecida e preparada com todos os detalhes pensados para o nosso conforto. Havia até mimos de boas-vindas, como aperitivos, doces, compota, chá, café, etc, e sugestões locais para refeições. Não faltou nada, e todo o cuidado demonstrado tornou esta nossa experiência ainda mais agradável. Recomendamos vivamente para quem procura tranquilidade, beleza e um toque pessoal na recepção!

We felt right at home! The apartment is very clean, bright, has a cute design, and is comfortable. We loved the upstairs terrace and the apartment’s proximity to the beach. The hosts were extremely helpful, quick to respond, and friendly. We are looking forward to our return!

Härlig utsikt från terrassen och bra förbindelser till Rom. Värden var mycket hjälpsam och vi skulle gärna stanna ett par dagar till.

Naoki's place is beautiful. Excellent communication! Super clean and you can feel the love by the care and special touches. The outdoor area has chairs and lounge chairs and you have the entire area to yourself overlooking the water. Sunset was spectacular! If you are lucky enough to find availability here, you will not be disappointed. Hoping I can stay here again! The only thing I would say that I wasn't aware of was that I had to carry my luggage up a flight is stairs and that may be a problem for some. The elevator only goes to the 2nd floor.

It was a great stay from beginning to end. Luciana and Vincenzo were kind and helpful during our stay. The location was very convenient, having a bakery, a grocery store, restaurants, public transportation, and Ostia antica nearby.

Хозяева были невероятно дружелюбны и отзывчивы, всегда готовы помочь с любыми вопросами. Ладисполи — это прекрасное место для отдыха, с его живописными улицами, прекрасными пляжами и уютной атмосферой. Мы наслаждались каждым моментом, будь то прогулки по городу или времяпрепровождение на пляже. Вечером можно было насладиться отличной итальянской кухней в местных ресторанах. Что особенно удобно — Ладисполи идеально расположено, если планируешь посетить Рим. Весьма легкий доступ к транспорту (поезда, автобусы), что делает его отличной базой для ежедневных поездок в столицу.Мы арендовали авто и легко добирались до Рима, наслаждаясь как городом, так и расслабляющим отдыхом! Очень рекомендуем!

Evde hersey düşünülmüştü. Ihtiyacimiz olan hersey kullanma talimatlariyla mevcuttu. Marco sorularimiza her an yanit verdi ve ihtiyacimiz olup olmadigi konusunda devamlı ilgi gosterdi.Konaklamadan cok memnun kaldik,aracimiz olmadigi icin tren istasyonuna yuruyus yaptik, gec saatlerde taksi ile donus yaptik.Taksiler gec saate kadar çalışmıyor ancak ozel taksi servisleri var,konaklamadan once o servislerden birini ayarlarsaniz istasyona gitmek icin daha rahat edersiniz.Bunun disinda,iki alt sokakta deniz kenarinda yuruyus yapip yazin denize girebilirsiniz. Genel olarak bu yeri kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Enrico war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und war stets erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns bei Ihm sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig (warscheinlich auch weil es außerhalb der Saison war). In der Wohnanlage ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abbruch. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Enricos Pizzaofen ist ein echtes Highlight. Das ist echtes italienisches Lebensgefühl. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns schon etwas gestört. Außerhalb der Wohnanlage und insbesondere der Weg zum Strand und am Strand war es sehr dreckig.. überall lag Müll. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der italienischen Feriensaison dort waren. Die Innenstadt von Rom ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar und wenn man früh da ist, gibt es am Tiber entlang auch viele günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Danke Enrico für die schönen entspannten zwei Wochen.

We have been traveling a lot lately and staying primarily at Airbnb’s. this was by far our favorite of our recent travels. Host was extremely helpful, we even locked her keys in the unit at one point and she was able to get us a back up set so we were able to get in. And she also had recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wir haben uns in Federicos Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Es bietet genug Platz für eine 4-köpfige Familie und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Federico ist sehr hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und großzügig. Wir durften alle Annehmlichkeiten nutzen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann das Häuschen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Tolle zweckmäßige Unterkunft in sehr geschickter Lage. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. sofern wir nochmal dort hin gehen, dann gerne wieder...

Wir haben als zwei Paare eine Woche in dem Haus übernachtet. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt, die Atmosphäre im Haus und im Garten, auf dem ganzen Grundstück ist unbeschreiblich, wir wären am liebsten für immer dort geblieben! Es war alles perfekt vorbereitet und sehr gemütlich. Das Haus war (vermutlich) frisch renoviert und hat eine tolle Ausstattung. Monica war bei Fragen immer erreichbar und hat uns sehr geholfen. Über alle Geschenke und Annehmlichkeiten (Pflegeprodukte, Lebensmittel usw.) haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Die Lage ist toll, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom wunderschönen Meer mit feinem Sandstrand entfernt. Jede Menge Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und nur Max. 1 Stunde von Rom entfernt. Wir werden, wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt, auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Vielen Dank Monica! Ottima esperienza, appartamento ben collocato, vicino al mare e a tutti i servizi essenziali. Casa ben accessoriata, unica pecca assenza di tende alle finestre e di zanzariere. Host disponibile.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa guesthouse per 4 notti ed è stata un’esperienza davvero meravigliosa. La struttura era estremamente pulita, spaziosa e confortevole. La posizione è perfetta: vicinissima alla spiaggia, alla metropolitana, ai negozi e ai ristoranti, rendendo ogni spostamento semplice e piacevole. Il gestore è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a darci ottimi consigli che ci hanno permesso di vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto a chiunque sia alla ricerca di un soggiorno indimenticabile in un ambiente accogliente e ben organizzato. Grazie di cuore per tutto!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nell'appartamento. Curato sia il patio esterno che l'interno della casa. Ambienti pulitissimi ed accoglienti. Inoltre è a pochi passi dal mare ed in macchina in 3 minuti si raggiunge il centro di Ladispoli. Consigliato

Bardzo pomocny właściciel, sam z siebie polecał nam super opcje restauracji, atrakcji oraz komunikacji. Domem czysty i zadbany, jedyny minus to brak prywatności, ponieważ wokół domku cały dzień i całą noc ktoś był, ale przez to że byliśmy większość dnia poza domkiem - nie odczuliśmy tego bardzo. Polecamy lokalizacje ❤️

estivemos apenas uma noite, porém a Beatrice foi bastante prestável, amigável e comunicativa. A experiência foi ótima. um aspeto positivo foi ter oferecido ajuda a procurar shuttle para o aeroporto, o que para nós foi uma ótima ajuda. obrigado pela estadia

What an amazing place in a prime location near the beach! We stayed overnight since we had an early morning flight the next day and were very pleased with the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail—from the check-in process to the local snacks and cleanliness—was praiseworthy. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!
