This magnificent two-bedrooms apartament is inside of a renovated building where traditional architectural elements had been conserved such as exposed wooden beams on its high ceiling and "ostionera" stones, typical from old city of Cádiz. Upon entering the apartment, we have access to the spacious and bright living room, furnished with high-quality furniture and design elements, with a modern fully equipped open kitchen. Both sides of the living room we find the two independent bedrooms, both have completed en suite bathrooms with shower, double beds wich measures are 1.80 x 2.00 and integranted Tv. One of them also has a reading table. The whole apartament is exterior with four balconies facing General Luque street, which is few metres away from the most famous comercial streets in Cádiz, like San Francisco and Culumela and steps away from the main monuments and atractions of Cádiz historic centre. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

The Apartment is placed in the fourth and last floor of a building with just three other neighbors (no Elevator), nicely furnished in sea & sailing style. It has lateral views to the Ocean and to the Cathedral.

Este apartamento está situado en la mejor zona del paseo marítimo ,lleno de restaurantes ,chiringuitos abiertos todo el año y terrazas de copas. Hay buena conexión con centro ciudad ,andando 30 min por un. Paseo muy agradable ,también bus N7 justo debajo de apartamento y parada de taxi a 3 min en avenida principal si vienen en coche hay aparcamiento gratuito en alrededores ,zona blanca y parking privado a 50 mts Supermercado a 200mts ,farmacia a 100mts

Piso reformado en una típica casa de vecinos gaditana con fachada en piedra ostionera, muy silenciosa en el centro histórico de Cádiz, en el Barrio de Santa María, a pocos metros del ayuntamiento, estación de trenes, Catedral y el Puerto Marítimo. Cerca de la playa, 8 minutos andando. Zona llena de terrazas, la casa está en un sitio estratégico para no tener que coger apenas el coche.
