We loved our stay at Ocean Springs - could not have been more perfect for all of us, particularly the grandchildren, with the beach and sea at the end of the garden. And to sleep hearing the waves... Wendy was a very proactive host who responded immediately to our queries pre-arrival, and on arrival when there was a minor WiFi glitch (all sorted). You can feel that the house is a much loved family home, rather than a sterile holiday let. Wonderful selection of books, board games, toys - and fossils! Really clean on arrival. Very well equipped kitchen and dining space. Beds very comfortable with good quality linen and towels. A huge bonus is both the conservatory area with bins full of beach toys/games and flip flops, and the garage with kayak, body boards and, for the one wet afternoon we had, a table tennis table and pool table. Local Co-op only 8 minute walk. Excellent butcher, fishmonger etc at East Wittering. A great house for a relaxing beach holiday.

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

We had a perfect festive stay at The Dovehouse over Christmas. The location was perfect and the accommodation was everything we hoped it would be. Maggie was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout. We can’t thank you enough!

Really great place to stay. Excellent location, walking distance to beach, train, country park. Really well equipped house, especially the kitchen. Lovely basket of goodies on arrival & milk in the fridge. Complimentary beach towels too. The children enjoyed playing with the selection of toys available & reading the books. Plenty of outdoor equipment available in the shed too. The perfect place for a family gathering and we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. Thank you Helen for thinking of everything we might possibly need & being so quick to respond to queries. Thoroughly recommended.

We had a wonderful Christmas at Gillian’s house. The property is very spacious with plenty of room. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds and the en-suites are a real luxury. The kitchen is well equipped and from the sitting room the views are amazing. Gillian had provided house games and delightful Christmas table decorations. She also installed a Christmas tree. Debbie was very helpful and responses very quick. A very successful holiday was enjoyed by all. Thankyou.

The house was perfect for us. We were a group of 10, 7 adults and 3 children, and there was plenty of room. Amazing views, separate outdoor areas. Lovely size kitchen with great amenities. Everything you could wish for. Marian was an amazing host, great communication and extremely helpful, couldn’t have done more. She had made the house look beautiful for Christmas, it was a real pleasure to stay here. The beach is super close by and it’s a lovely walk along it into Cowes where there are lovely shops and cafes!! Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

David’s cottage was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. He was welcoming and approachable, checking that everything was as we wanted, and also leaving us a lovely bottle of wine. The cottage was warm and comfortable with a pretty Christmas tree greeting us.

Great place, and one of the most welcoming host I’ve ever encountered. Everything just perfect: 10 minutes walk from centre, very clean, well equipped kitchen, large dining room etc. I’d warmly recommend to anyone would want to spend some quality time in Cowes.
