Outside offers a fire pit, a charcoal grill, a fenced area for pets / limit 2 (30 pound max dog, NO CATS ) and plenty of room for parking. Smoking is NOT allowed in the house.

The fenced in backyard has plenty of space to run around, and has an awesome saltwater inground pool for fun! In addition, there is a 2 level, new deck, and patio furniture to sit and relax on. Our home, “CNU Haven,” is exactly what you need to relax and rest after your days of fun in Virginia. Our home was built in 2018 with guests in mind. With 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a first floor master bedroom with a walk-in shower, we dedicate the entire space for you to enjoy your vacation. We aim to provide everything you need during your travel, including children’s toys and a crib in the master bedroom walking in closet, converted to a children’s play area.
