Our cute and cosy shepherd's hut gives you the best of both worlds. Hidden in a green oasis next to a waterfall and near the beach, the hut is just a short walk from Laxey's pubs, restaurants and shops. Our hut has a full size double bed with a proper premium mattress, a bathroom with all the facilities and a fully equipped living area that gives cooking, eating and sitting space. Our hut is a tiny house, not a big tent- all that you need is cleverly fitted into a stylish, cosy hideaway for two.

Breesha's Cottage - Ballaugh, 4 star self catering

'Breesha's Cottage' is a recently rescued traditional Manx stone cottage. In Ballaugh Village just 50m off the famous Ballaugh Bridge on the TT circuit, with fabulous views of the hills above Sulby Glen. A beautiful spot for relaxing, walking, cycling or watching the motorsports. A local shop just 50m away and a great pub at the end of the lane . A lovely quiet sandy/pebbly beach is 2 miles away and great walks in the hills just up the lane to the glen. IOM tourism registered- 4 star.

Ideal if you love peaceful countryside location with wild birds and rabbits yet want to be a walking distance to shopping and entertainment, or TT course. Cooked breakfast may be provided at request although many delicious eateries are only a 10 min walk. Self check-in. Strictly no smokers.

Foghorn cottage is only minutes from the capital Douglas and all amenities, but feels so remote and wonderfully free. Please note, the cottage is only accessible by foot via the footpath across the beach or from the top of Douglas head. 200 steps one way. (takes about 5 minutes to walk) Short video is available if required.

TT bookings are only available for 8 or more guests for a minimum of 10 days. A lovely, spacious Victorian house, with modern facilities in a quiet suburb, but close to all local amenities walking distance to the TT course , swimming pool, Mooragh Park. Rose Cottage, Patrick Road, St John's, IM4 3BP

Rose Cottage has been a holiday let since 2007. It is close to the historic village of St John's, rural countryside, Ballacraine corner on the TT course and the city of Peel and it's beach . The cottage has original features, a south facing aspect and has a very cosy feel. It is centrally located and ideal for exploring the island. The Douglas to Peel Heritage Footpath/Cycleway is close by.
