Big Island: soggiorni in resort

we always stay out kona coast. we love it here when we need a lil getaway. always friendly & attentive service. they gave us ground floor because they seen we had kids & easier for us. they were very accommodating. Will definitely be back soon again.

I felt the place was better than some of the reviews I was reading about dated furnishings. The furnishings are in line for a professionally kept timeshare. While it's not 2025 updated, the unit was clean, quality bedding and everything as described. I'd recommend the AirBnB description be changed to reflect you would have your own 2 bdrm 2 bath townhouse style unit as it currently sounds like you could be sharing? Anyway, for the price I got this time of year, the unit was an extremely good value with a wonderful view of the golf course and no bugs! A quick drive to the Kohala resorts and the KTA Supermarket 5 min. away. If a nice, serene, well kept property is what you're seeking, this would be it. I plan on staying again next time I'm wanting to stay in the Kohala/Waikoloa area and use what I save by staying here for the nice restaurants at the resorts. I got 5 star value!

The place was very clean and matched the description. It was near all of the places we wanted to go and the price was very reasonable. The pool and recreation area was great and very fun!

Pretty awesome spot away from the touristy areas. Has a nice pool and clubhouse. 10 minute drive to beach. Great space too.

Nuestra estancia estuvo increíble, pasamos unas hermosas vacaciones. El lugar está mucho mejor de lo que muestran las fotos, la gente muy amable y mis niños aprovecharon Pascua para recoger huevitos, que fue evento organizado por el complejo. Definitivamente, regresaremos aquí el siguiente año :)

Absolutely beautiful setting and accommodations. We were lucky enough to get an ocean view, and the suite was huge and well-appointed. Perfect location for enjoying Kona—away from the hustle and bustle, but still very walkable. The complex itself has a relaxed, comfortable vibe and friendly staff.

Kalven was super nice and responsive, we were very happy with him as our host! As the Kona Coast Resort is a Wyndham / Shell Vacations property the checkin was done with Wyndham staff on site and in that sense we had nothing more to do with Kalven. Regarding the Wyndham property, Kona Coast Resort: brown brown brown, everything brown! The place seriously needs updating, it's super old, but it was clean, very spacious and a pleasant place to stay. 2 good swimming pools and a wonderful view from the main reception. Kona is generally a very expensive place to stay, this was no exception but it was pleasant. Thanks Kalven!

This is my second time staying at kalvens place and words will not explain how beautiful this place is I had an ocean view, I felt like I was at home big living space had everything you needed on property. 10/10 will recommend with this place if you come to Kauai

We stayed at Kalven’s place with our baby and we loved our stay there. Kalven was very responsive at all times we’ve reached out and very easy to communicate with. The place was beautiful, peaceful and close to restaurants and some nice beaches. The amenities we used, like the hot tub, were also great. We ended extending our stay two extra nights and we appreciate how smooth and easy the whole process went and the fact that we didn’t have to check out and into another apartment. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

The condo unit was spacious. The complex was quiet and lovely. We enjoyed walking around the complex. The unit was a little dated, however, we loved how large it was. Plenty of room for 4 adults to move around. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishware.

We had an enjoyable stay and made full use of the room’s facilities, as well as the pools and walking paths around the property. The scenery is beautiful, and the location was perfect for my trip, which was for the IM WC 2024.
