The house stands on 80 hectares of ground where you'll find beautiful views, scenic hiking trails, and spectacular natural beauty and tranquility all around, all year around. There is access to a private beach with private road to it. The area is sensitive in the summer time because of eider birds and needs to be treated carefully and with respect. In the big garden you will find patio with garden furniture and a Weber gas grill, hot tub, sauna and pergola which makes the place very special. It is very nice to relax in the hot tub and the sauna.
