Ironwood Township: soggiorni in baite

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was a perfect location to the ski hills yet a very quiet setting that we could relax after a day at the slopes. The house was a perfect size and layout for our group, decorated very nicely, and had great amenities; hot tub, sauna, comfortable choices, and a great sized kitchen stocked with all the essentials.

Beautiful getaway. A river runs by providing soothing sounds and picturesque sights. Can be seen from the wonderful hot tub out back and from the long covered deck. Some property to walk, but also close to many waterfall hikes, if you're wanting some outdoor adventure. During bad weather or you're feeling lazy, the couch is very comfy and the TV large. Hannah was extremely responsive and helpful (I got my car stuck, through my own fault, and she facilitated my escape). She provided recommendations of her own accord, and they all turned out to be accurate.

We rented both sides and it worked great for two families. Two kitchens and two living rooms when you have 4 kids makes everything easier. The hot tub was a big hit with the kids and the walking distance to the hill was a bonus. We would definitely rent this place again!

Plenty of space and a good location for ski in/ski out

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were perfect for what we needed and we really enjoyed being so close to the lake and the peacefulness of nature.

This was a short trip for my wife and 6 y/o son to experience the Northwoods. They are hooked and cant wait to come back again. The accommodations were excellent. Only thing i would ask for would be satellite tv.. A plus in our book.. Tha k you for everything and for sharing your cabin..

Beautiful place in a secluded area on Moose Lake. We were there in winter and it was so quiet and peaceful. Nice newer-built lake cabin. All the basic necessities, including internet. Small, simple kitchen (no dishwasher). No laundry. Internet. TV. Nice wood-burning fireplace! Comfortable for one or two couples and two small kids with its three sleeping areas. Would rent again.

We loved staying here! Such a beautiful area and the host was so responsive and nice :) I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy house that tons can sleep in!

we absolutely loved the Hygge House and our stay there. Not only was it adorable and beautifully decorated, it was immaculately clean and Kaity and Brett were wonderful to work with-So kind and responsive. We even added on another day to our trip because we were loving it and needing the quiet and rest away from home. The Cable area is our favorite and we will definitely be back to this wonderful place to stay.

I was looking for something rustic and in the woods, and I found it. So close to hiking trails and so many waterfalls! It’s not super private but it was still quiet and I barely saw anyone. It’s is dog friendly (thankfully), so a few barks now and then. I was in a predicament at the end of my stay and she was SO incredibly helpful and gracious. Would love to come back.

We had a very peaceful stay, which is just what we wanted. It’s beautiful there @ Teal lake. Victoria was very, very helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely go again.

The perfect balance of peace, tranquility, modern amenities and adventure. Kristin has invested so much of herself in this place, it feels like home. It is so much more than advertised - new king bed (sleeping on a cloud), renovated bathroom (rainfall shower and view feels like a shower in the forest), peaceful setting (quiet solitude with visits from red squirrels and a variety of birds, and the patter of rain on the roof...ahhhh). We ventured to Sand Bay, Frog Bay, Red Cliff, and Bayfield...many treks, beaches with snow, a bog, stop at the Copper Crow (a must visit). We couldn't have had a more wonderful mother/daughter adventure. Thank you Kristin (and Kaya) for kicking butt and being ready in time, it was truly seamless. Highly recommend and will be back.

Excellent cabin close to restaurants/bars but far enough and quiet to enjoy the moon and stars and in my case snow falling in a perfect wintery scene. If you own or rent snowmobile this is an ideal location as well. Cabin is perfectly laid out to maximize space and has everything you need. Cabin was clean with lots of details and Chad & Amber are excellent hosts, they were very responsive. The sofa is comfortable and can be pulled out for additional sleeping. TV in living room and one located in 2nd bedroom with twin bedrooms. There is an outdoor sauna did not utilize but there are lights and speakers pretty cool. It is a fabulous cabin I would definitely book again!

Excellent stay 100% recommended

The cabin was cozy and clean. It had kitchen tool essentials (silverware, plates/bowls, salt/pepper/tea, cleaning supplies). The bathroom was clean and a short, pretty walk from the cabin. Nice for a winter getaway in the woods but within a short drive to Washburn or other points on the South Shore.

This cabin was GORGEOUS. My wife and I had an excellent few days, then got snowed in and Kevin helped us extend for a few more! If you are coming in the winter, expect more snow than is forecasted and 4WD/AWD will be very helpful. The restaurant down the hill is within walking distance, and was a great stop for us. We had a fantastic time!

We had the most amazing time! We will most definitely be back. I couldn’t believe everything that was included. It truly felt like it was our house because everything was just so welcoming!! Incredible location - we LOVED it!

The stay here at Blueberry Cottage was truly a beautiful place to have a little R&R. Take the a little trail straight to the sandy beach to see Siskiwit Bay. With this property being pet friendly right by the water was truly a win win scenario! Not to mention those gorgeous windows taking everything in. Lacey was a terrific host! Kept me informed when there was weather coming through and had back up plans in case we needed to pivot and choose a different property to stay. The consideration and open communication made me feel at ease and while I didn’t need any assistance knowing she was a message away was incredibly reassuring. 5 out of 5!

Beautiful cabin right on the water. You can hear the waves from the front door. Easy to warm when you go during colder months (would recommend). Well stocked. And the walk down to the beach was easy and clear. Host was amazing. Made sure the space and path was as cleared as possible since we got in during cold/winter weather. Also Tom brought us pans when we needed some, which was thoughtful. Lots of beautiful trails and waterfalls nearby. Would absolutely recommend.

Total Seclusion was a wonderful location for a family vacation, both peaceful and beautiful!! We had 13 family members and pets with plenty of room. Upon arrival, the welcoming committee of three deer was a delight for my grandchildren!! Wildlife we continued to see throughout the week. The Paddleboards and kayaks were a hit. We rented a boat for a couple of days, which was delivered right to the dock. We enjoyed both indoor and outdoor games as well as the firepit, which we used all but one day due to rain. The outdoor cooks absolutely loved the Blackstone. Travis was responsive to questions and requests for information. The only downfall was the lack of firewood upon arrival, but we got through. If you are looking to stay in the St. Germain area, I would highly recommend Total Seclusion. I would absolutely return!! It is a great location, close to town, yet feels like you are forever away.

We can’t say enough good things about our visit! We’ve stayed at many rental homes and this is one of the best, if not the best! Very comfortable and nicely appointed with everything you could need, super clean and organized (and I’m picky about clean), gorgeous location on our favorite chain of lakes, very helpful host and nice value for the rate. We hope to go back again next year! Highly recommend!
