I had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. Susan is an outstanding host! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! The pictures do not do it justice. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, in a safe neighborhood, not far from town but not in the middle of the hustle/bustle, close to the interstate, and perfectly located between Birmingham and Talladega. Wendy was responsive and flexible when our flight was delayed by multiple hours, and we weren’t able to arrive until the wee hours of the morning. She even left the lights on outside so we could see to get in and had water/snacks there for us. Check-in was a breeze, and check out requests were reasonable. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was spotless and well stocked with essentials. It’s centrally located to many attractions like the Railroad Park and Sloss Furnaces. I loved that Publix was across the street and there were quick eateries on the same block. As an Airbnb host myself, I appreciated the thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and we look forward to staying here again!

traveled to Birmingham for a wedding and found this Airbnb to be exactly what we needed. Location was great for all of our wedding activities. Plenty of stores to get groceries and such. Host was very to communicate with

Pam's place was great! It was cozy, clean, and felt like home. The neighborhood was nice, safe, and walkable to Cahaba Brewing and some breakfast places. One of the smoke detectors went off (dying battery), and Pam showed up within minutes—unbelievable! We enjoyed her hospitality while she was there! Pet-friendly was a bonus. We were in town for our son's wedding and got to spend time with our grand dogs; there was even a bed and basket of toys!

Our group loved this place. The whole house was filled with fun, quirky decorations. We were always finding some new discussion piece. All of the rooms were amazing, beds were super comfy. It was great that all rooms had their own bathroom. There are a lot of steps for those with mobility issues. The neighborhood was very peaceful. The house is right across the street from the police station. We spent a lot of time sitting on the front porch. We were within walking distance of several restaurants. We rented the whole house so we had access to multiple fridges, coffee stations, microwaves. There were tons of supplies - TP, soap, towels, and even spare toiletries like deodorant, toothbrushes, etc. I would definitely stay here again. Our only critique is the kitchen is pretty small for a large group. But, this might have been a good thing. It limits the number of people who can “help” (or get in the way) with meal prep😀

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this wonderful Southside Birmingham home twice in the past month. The home is extremely clean and comfortable. There is a lot of natural light and many restaurants are within walking distance. Everything you need is in close proximity. Furthermore, the home is fully equipped with all necessary amenities. Communication is also great and the host is responsive. This home has a positive vibe and I highly recommend!

The accommodation is very nice and the location is excellent. The area is pleasant and you can get everywhere. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable. Sara was also very helpful and took care of everything within a few minutes and solved problems quickly. The accommodation is highly recommended.

Great location. Exactly what was shown in photos. Check in was easy and Marie was so helpful in getting my family and I checked out early before some severe weather, which was greatly appreciated! We will definitely stay here again!
