Welcome to Beach House Magganari, a serene upper-floor Cycladic home just 100 meters from the golden sands of Magganari Beach — one of the most peaceful and scenic spots on the island of Ios. Set within a traditional whitewashed building, this sunlit residence offers privacy, sea views, and timeless Aegean charm. The house features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 spacious verandas where you can enjoy your meals under the shade or simply relax while overlooking the garden and sea.

Yacht Front Studio (No 5)

This very small room located at the port of Ios, at the side of the building at the first floor, in front of the Yacht docking premises. (side view) Needless to say is very close to everything you need. The supermarket is located just under your feet , The outstanding cafe-ouzo taverna " O Kafenes" is a few feet walk, the bus station,car rental, fishing and diving services, bakery and other cafe and restaurants are 50-60 meters away. The famous blue flag "Yialos" beach is in 400 mtrs.

Sea and Sun l

Sea and sun is a brand new house built on the side of the mountain. Only one kilometer away from the most famous beach on the island Mylopotas beach(car or motor bike required- dirt road). With two bedrooms, two bathrooms,kitchen, a living room and an outdoor pool. The sea and the sun are scattered throughout all the rooms of the house. Enjoy the magnificent sunset, the serenity of the sea and discover the beauty at the narrow streets of Ios! We offer special prices for two people!

To Spiti Mas

Notre luxueuse maison de style cycladique vous accueillera pour vos vacances sur l'île de Ios, à 400m de la superbe plage de Yalos. Située légèrement en hauteur, vous bénéficierez d'une vue panoramique sur Kampos (la campagne), Chora (le village), le port et enfin la plage. Tout cela dans une quiétude absolue, loin de la vie animée du village, mais à proximité de toutes commodités. Malheureusement, nous n'acceptons pas les groupes d'étudiants.

Traditional Cycladic Studio (deluxe)

This renovated studio combine the traditional architecture with modern facilities. It is spacious (36m²) and comprise of a double bed, two sofa beds, a kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The large private veranda offers stunning sea views. The studio can accommodate up to 2 adults and two children. It is ideal for couples and families with small children.

Magganari is the most popular destination on Ios boasting a set of beautiful beaches with golden sand and crystal clear emerald water The area is generally peaceful and the visitors may enjoy the most relaxing holidays. Magganari , is on the south of the island 25km from the main village. There are Not Super Markets no Bars.
