The front-half of the cabin is a charming studio vintage cottage, plus 1-bedroom & 1-full bath. The back-half is a mudroom w/laundry, "rancher's” bunk and fun antiques.

We live in the main house. Our property is very quiet, secluded, and walled. Plenty to do, including pool table, darts, horseshoes, games, etc.

A little gas log stove compliments the Nest central heating, keeping it toasty even as the snow piles high. We are on a 1/2 acre with a lovely meadow just steps from the back porch. In a quiet residential neighborhood just blocks from high desert walks, this family home is 40 miles from Mammoth Lakes Ski area, multitudes of lakes and streams for fishing and bouldering/climbing.
