Andy’s house is fantastic for a celebration weekend. Twelve of us stayed there comfortably and there is so much public space that it’s easy to do different things yet assemble for meals. The view from the conservatory and garden is stunning. We had one person in a wheelchair and the house worked well for him too. Andy and Joan were welcoming and helpful.

Perfect stay for a large group wishing to have both a taste of rural Scotland and the bright lights of the city! Great house for large groups with more than adequate cooking facilities. Excellent hot tub that was kept meticulously clean. The hosts were amazing and so helpful with helping me organise a stag weekend. Sharing local knowledge and recommendations of activities and hostelries, etc. Milngavie is a perfect location to explore both Glasgow city (20 minute train ride) and hit the start of the West Highland Way! Milngavie was a nice little town itself with an active high street and a good Tesco and station just a 3 minute walk from Pleasant Hill. We really enjoyed Fullbacks sports bar as well- good value food and an atmosphere. Activities we enjoyed from Pleasant Hill were a walk to Glengoyne Distillery, afternoon and night out in West End Glasgow and a speed boat pub tour of Loch Lomond! Thanks again Chris!

Host was very friendly with very good communication throughout. On arrival the host made it very easy to get into the lodge and came in and explained all amenities on site and was very polite. Overall, throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and return.

Fantastic cottage for 2. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Loacation is great with easy walking distance to Centre of town. Would stay again.

Fantastic house - really comfortable and well located. The location is great right beside the shop. We also enjoyed using the leisure club, the claghsn inn and Skoosh. Easy access to the quieter side of Loch Lomond was ideal. Would definitely recommend.

Beth's place was quiet but still within walking distance to everything we needed. This is a great place for families and friends! The bus station is down the hill, making it a breeze to get to City Center. The train is a nice walk through the park. I highly recommend Beth's place😄

Great place for us as home away from home whilst working in the area. Plenty of home comforts and nothing to much trouble. will book when next in the area

The property has the most amazing views of the loch and we sat out every evening on the picnic bench overlooking the scenery. We were of course very lucky we had sun, but i imagine even in rain, the property would feel cosy and there are amazing views from the lounge and kitchen. Brian, the host, was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay. Check in was easy and Brian gave local recommendations for us too. All of us also said that the beds were super comfy and, as we ate in almost every night, the kitchen facilities were excellent. We hope to be back to this wonderful spot again!!

The house was beautiful, spacious and well equipped. Ross was efficient and friendly, quick response to messages. Very clean and a nice garden. Pub in the village has great food and friendly staff so would recommend that also Only issue we had was that we struggled with hot water in the showers sometimes. The water was either freezing cold or too hot in the upstairs double. Overall a cosy stay and we would definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay at the Trail House. the cottage is perfectly located for walking and cycling in the glentress forest, and is walking distance to the local pub/restaurant. the house was perfectly set up for everything we needed, and Hayley was a super responsive and flexible host.

I stayed here with my sister and adult niece, so the three bedrooms were perfect for our needs. Usman communicated well prior to our stay. He met us, showed us around the downstairs of the house and the garden. He even let my husband know we had arrived safely. The house is in a very peaceful location, it has a driveway for parking and the garden benefited from the sun. Usman invited us to contact him if we needed to during our stay. The bus stop was an easy flat five minute walk, where you could catch a number of different buses to Princes Street in Edinburgh from where you could visit the sights. We visited the Castle, did the tour of the vaults and you can even catch a tram or bus all the way to Ocean Terminal where the Royal Yacht Britannia is. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Julie was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We found the accommodation to be exactly what we needed and had everything that we needed in situ. The views just a short walk from the house were breathtaking and a lovely area to walk your dogs. We will definitely be back again next year! Thanks Julie for the lovely break!

The apartment was easy to find, it is not in the city centre but there are bus stops nearby. We needed to take a bus very early in the morning to the airport and it was easy. The apartment is comfortable and large enough for four people. It is well furnished to have meals in the house. We enjoyed the welcome pack in the fridge. The conservatory and the rear garden are lovely. Enjoy your stay there!

We love this place and felt very at home. Hot shower, comfortable beds, heating and all the modern appliances we needed with full kitchen. Anzelika has thought of everything and there was nothing we could suggest to improve her place, it’s just perfect.

Brian is a very welcoming host. we had a lovely warm comfortable stay for the New Year celebrations. Easy walk to the Battle of Bannockburn site.

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. Tracey’s place was fantastic. It was so clean and welcoming, within 5 minutes of being in the apartment I knew it would be a 5 star stay. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, laundry machine worked well, and there were even some basic breakfast items and snacks provided. The bus stop to get into the city center is just a few feet away as well. All and all a great stay for anyone wanting to base their Scottish adventures in Stirling.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Perth verbracht. Bei durchgehend traumhaftem Wetter konnten wir den fantastischen Garten genießen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt. Besonders schön ist der Balkon mit Blick über Perth. Es war für uns der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um die verschiedenen Highlights Schottlands zu erkunden. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

We had a wonderful stay!! Lynn is an amazing host: very responsive, friendly, kind, and thoughtful. The home is absolutely beautiful with a fantastic view of the loch. There were seven of us (adults) and we were all very comfortable. The garden (yard) is large with soft, mossy grass, which our dogs loved! Helensburgh is not too far and offers nice places to eat (La Barca's) and fun stores for shopping (Tweedies). Highly recommend! 5 stars🌟
