Intracoastal Waterway: soggiorni in loft

I enjoyed my stay, the place was clean, in a great location, and the neighborhood looks safe. Had some difficulties locating the room at first but that might be a one -time thing since Jean had understandable reasons to be less responsive those particular few days. Another thing that slightly bothered me was proximity of sprinklers to the driveway -- if you are not aware of sprinklers location you might end up having water spots on the car/or even parking the car right above the sprinkler since the description of the place says its okay to park on the grass. I guess that's not a huge deal if you have a rental, but I drove my own car so that bothered me a little bit. Other than that, I liked everything and would def stay again when I am in town.

What a great stay! Christina is extremely kind, helpful, and responsive. The unit is beautiful and clean, and the instructions checking in and out were clear. I definitely recommend staying here!

Loved the location. Lots to do and the workers at the brewery down stairs are super friendly. Kyle is a great host and communicated well. Dedicated workspace was great but not ideal for sitting long hours (7-8 hour work days)

Honestly such a great stay! Eli was very accommodating to all our needs from an early check in to needing a package delivered there. All the instructions were clear and the place is so cozy for a couple! Only a quick ten minute drive into town. 10/10 stay.

Great place for a couples weekend getaway!

We enjoyed this private, charming, well-equipped loft near beaches, gardens, and birdwatching. Plenty of services and restaurants serving southern cuisine nearby. Thanks, Dane!

It's a beautiful place. Very clean. Love the decor! The bedrooms are exquisite! Really everything is lovely. I love the Leaf bedroom. It has a huge bed, a bigTV, and a vanity desk for ladies to put on their makeup. Has reading lamps too. We also loved the Nespresso machine and all the goodies that come with it!! It is very nice of the owners to provide that! Very convenient, right on Market Street, with everything surrounding you so you can walk to everything. The weekends are hopping around this location. We could hear the music playing from outside, while we sipped on our wine inside, which still made us feel part of the nightlife! Parking was easy. The parking garage is located right across the building. Easy to get in and out. Even at the busiest times, we could still find parking. I think there are 5-6 levels, so no worries. Plus, your price includes one vehicle. And Paula checked in on us to make sure everything met our expectations Thanks for sharing this lovely home!

The Loft was BEAUTIFUL! My daughter was getting married at a nearby venue and we rented the Loft for the Bridesmaids Friday night and the honeymooners Saturday night. Mr. Donny was super friendly and answered all of our questions. The place was gorgeous with the brick walls and was furnitured so cute. All 3 bedrooms were nice size. It helped make my daughter's wedding weekend more pleasurable and less stressful.

Beautiful loft in historic downtown Wilmington. Exposed brick with strong detail to amenities!!! Within close walking distance to the Battleship, riverfront, and all the fine dining and bars.
