A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. The charming guesthouse is conveniently located within a short distance of beaches, shopping, and food: Sunset Beach (12 miles), Ocean Isle Beach (8 miles), Holden Beach (9.7 miles), and Calabash (13 miles). This 500 sq. ft. newly remodeled guesthouse is designed to provide all the comforts of home. Equipped with a comfy queen bed, sofa, kitchenette (no stove), and clean open space. There is a shared driveway with the property owner who resides in the 75-year-old farmhouse being remodeled.

Great biking/walking paths begin at the end of Rogersville Rd. Several bikes available for guests to use. Bike to Wrightsville Beach or shopping/restaurants. Full kitchen, dining area, and bedroom with queen bed & walk-in closet on the first level. Upstairs living room area with queen pull-out sofa bed.

The property is accessed from a quiet alley & includes covered parking beneath the unit. Two gracious bedrooms have large picture window views of a historic Azalea Festival garden & former coronation grounds. Bathroom has a double vanity & custom tile tub/shower. Lots of natural light adorns the open kitchen & living room. In unit laundry & dishwasher included.

Wilmington's "Jungle Room"

We would like to extend a warm Southern welcome to all of our Guests staying in Wilmington's "Jungle Room." The separate Guest room is set in a beautiful tropical garden full of interesting and fascinating plants-palms, staghorn ferns, colorful bromeliads, and many more. One of our hobbies is propagating these plants because of their beauty and overall dramatic effect. If we've done it right, you can easily imagine you are in a tropical rain forest right here in Southeastern NC!

Spacious Daniel Island Apartment

Fully furnished 1 bedroom (queen bed) apartment on Daniel Island. We are able to bring a single mattress out to the apartment for guests bringing a child, so the apartment can accommodate up to three (two adults and a child). Full kitchen with glass cook top, dish washer, full-sized refrigerator/freezer, toaster oven, etc. Includes linens, dishes and utensils. Washer/dryer en suite. Has Youtube TV, HBO Max, and wifi. 15 mins from airport, downtown Charleston, and beaches.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!
