This apartment has its own private back porch to enjoy breezes coming off of the Intracoastal Waterway. Bring your kayak/paddle board to enjoy the ICW. Holden Beach, grocery & dining are 3 miles away. No Smoking on the Premises. No loud music, no visitors and no partying. Guests may use the dock & pier (at your own risk) Guests can watch the activity on the water and Jet skis are for rent nearby. ** No WiFi, No Children, No Pets. We've created a cozy, beach-themed getaway nestled in an adorable neighborhood, just a short drive to the ocean. We redid the entire home with all new appliances, flooring, and amenities. It's decorated to help each and every guest feel at home at the beach. The home is within 5 minutes of Sunset Beach. 10 minutes to North Myrtle, Cherry Grove. Both Wilmington and Myrtle Beach are within 40 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and bars very near the home as well.

No stairs, ground-level are ideal for children, older guests, and pets (pet fee collected separately). Lots of amenities and beach items are provided for your comfort and convenience.

Renovated Master Bedroom Suite with shiplap walls, whirlpool tub and bidet toilet. Very Spa like and perfect for the single or couple that want to get away. Easy walk to beach., farmers market and outdoor concerts . Walking distance to eateries Your room has its own entrance on second story. Large screened in porch also yours to enjoy! We have Roku TV . New bedroom furniture and mattress with adjustable bed . Not set up for children safety.

MILE TO THE ISLE 1.8 miles to Holden Beach bridge

Renovated and Immaculate comfortable beach cottage in a quiet neighborhood yet just 1.8 miles from the Holden Beach bridge. Shopping and dining are 15 minutes away in Shallotte. Myrtle Beach and Wilmington are both within an hours drive. If you prefer to relax, you can sit on the 10' x 22' deck just outside the kitchen door, or by the fire pit, on a rocking chair or the swing in the open back yard, which is ideal for playing fetch with your dog.

Old Ferry Cottage

Enjoy the breezes from the front porch of this adorable Coastal Cottage with Intracoastal Waterway views. Minutes from Holden Beach, restaurants and shopping, this romantic hideaway has everything you need. There is a full service restaurant, several seafood markets and water sport rentals within walking distance right on the waterway as well as a state boat launch 5 minutes away. Serenity Season

This wheelchair friendly spacious studio apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, queen size Murphy bed, bathroom with a walk-in, wheelchair friendly shower, front loading washer/dryer and private screened in porch; beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and an umbrella are all included with rental. About a 10 minute walk to the ocean and 3 minute walk to the ICW. Our community is very peaceful, quiet.
