We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

This was our second trip to Julie’s place and it did not disappoint. We love her place. She is so nice and accommodating. It has all the amenities you need, a nice yard, and so close to the beach. It is low key, not over crowded with lots of space on the beach. It reminds of a beach cottage in a Nicholas Sparks novel. We will be back!!

The place was just like the photos, very clean, easy to access and beautiful. I would definitely stay in this place again and the host, Todd was very friendly and responded very quickly. Thank you for the amazing stay!

We started our little family vacation in Vilano Beach last year and decided to make it a yearly tradition. This house was perfect! It was a close walk to the beach and had everything we needed. There were plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, etc! Lori also provides a very detailed book full of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The neighborhood is so cute and perfect for walking the dog. The house was very accommodating for the pup as well. It was another fun filled vacation!

First time staying here, but we've always had a great experience staying at Lisa's properties in St. Augustine, always clean with thoughtful amenities, and very close to the beach. Lisa is an amazing hostess, and we're so lucky that she loves dogs!

Wendy’s place was exactly as described. It was very comfortable but clutter free. The beach was very close, just about a block or so, on a quiet street. I loved that Wendy did not have a ridiculous cleaning fee or pet fee. We always clean up before we leave any Airbnb we stay in, so having expensive cleaning costs are always a turn off. Overall, the home was very clean and tidy. The couch was super comfy with automated recliners. Wendy provides plenty of beach supplies, as well as kitchen items for cooking. Everything worked! The giant Roku enabled tvs were a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

My family experienced a very relaxing stay for spring break. The condo is pet friendly which was great for our two dogs. We loved spending time on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the sun rise. All of the beds were super comfortable. Laura was very communicative and there were plenty of extra supplies around the condo. We didn’t end up needing anything, but I felt confident that Laura would take care of anything we needed. It was a wonderful stay!

These were the absolute bests hosts we have ever encountered. So responsive and helpful. Truly amazing. Great place with a backyard pool and a short walk to the beach and to coffee and food.

Thank you Marty, it was perfect. The view was amazing. The condo was great for us. We visited the Washington Oaks State Park just down the road. We had lunch at Captains BBQ just south of Marineland on A1A. Tony's Pizza is right across the street from the condo. The beach was access and the beach was super. If you are looking for a beach vacation, this is a great pick. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will be looking to coming back in the future. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained and everyone that was using it looked like they were having great time. Perfect for young and older people, like I said, this was the perfect spot for us. Condo was great! Short walk across the parking lot to the public beach access. Kitchen was well stocked. Our kids loved the bunk/loft beds. Unit is on the 3rd floor and there’s no elevator so be prepared for that. Super close to great restaurants, ice cream, & putt putt. We would stay here again!

Tim and Melody were fabulous hosts. They were responsive and accommodating from our first communication to checkout. The house is in a great location with lots of amenities for a beach vacation. Grocery store is walkable and it is close to restaurants and activities. Will certainly consider for our future vacation. Thank you Tim and Melody!

My family and friends really enjoyed our stay at the beach house. The home had a great layout and really nice outside pool and entertaining area. The beach was only a short walk away. The location of the home is perfect. Downtown St. Augustine was only a 15 min drive so you get a great historic city and beach all in one vacation.

This house is great for families with kids. The pool and garage set up would have kept us occupied all week but we had to go to the beach a handful of times. The beach is also walking distance from the house!

The house was a perfect place for our family to get away for a few days. Plenty of room to spread out. We greatly enjoyed the pool! It was about a 5 min walk to the beach and around 10 min drive to downtown St. Augustine. We appreciated the provided pool towels, toys, beach chairs and wagon. We would stay here again!

We’ve explored a lot of Florida, searching for an ideal area as well as rental for our young family. It took us 5 years to land on St Augustine and fortunately we stayed at Jodi’s place. It is a literal 4 minute walk to the beach, the specific beach area is super quiet with polite guests, and Jodi’s townhouse community is populated with many residents and regulars that keep the area quiet and tidy. Jodi’s place is well equipped for chilling indoors or time at the beach. Jodi’s place is also a short drive to the downtown of St Augustine where all of the best dining and experiences are located. If you want a peaceful place to rent, with convenient access to either boisterous nightlife or serene beach, then Jodi’s place is where you should go. After 5 years, we have finally found a place we will actually return to.

Jodi was a great host and very accommodating. The residence and location was beautiful. We had a family of 8, four of them being kids. We went to the beach everyday and St. Augustine is a stone's throw away. Great place for a family vacation!

Views from the master bedroom are stunning! Especially the sunrise. Sleeper sofa in master was great for young kids.

This place was exactly as described and very clean. There were a lot of extras for the beach and a wagon to pull to them in. It exceeded our expectations. The three full bathrooms in each room is a plus. The kitchen had everything we needed. Elizabeth was a great communicator and took great care to ensure our stay was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

The BEST Airbnb experience we’ve ever had! The house was immaculately clean and comfortable! Directly across the street from a beautiful, well maintained beach. Our favorite part was sitting on the porch listening to the ocean. The hosts; Willie & his beautiful wife were amazingly kind and helpful!! They gave us delicious local restaurant recommendations! If we could stay forever we would! It felt like being with family! Private parking & walking distance to so many restaurants and shops! There is a ton to do and there’s so much to see! Five star experience hands down! If we could leave more stars we would!!

We are so grateful for Randy! This was an amazing location. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was already there waiting for us. I would 100% recommend staying here. My kids had the best time and loved all of the beach toys that were neatly waiting for them. I can’t even tell you my favorite part. Everything was perfect.

I had a great spring break stay with my 3 teen daughters. “The beach is our backyard!” was their first reaction to seeing it. Being removed from hotel areas, the beach was often empty except for us. The house was bright and clean and had everything we needed to cook our meals. Publix was a short drive away. The morning sunrise views were immaculate. Regarding the managers, when we had a power outage issue, they responded immediately and had the power company come out to investigate and resolve the issue. I’d absolutely stay here again.

This property was absolutely gorgeous! The beach was beautiful and very private. We were literally steps from the water and could hear the ocean waves from every room of the house. There is plenty of outdoor space and chairs to lounge and soak up the sun. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and hope to book this property again!

Our family loved spending time at this beach house! The home had so many awesome amenities that helped make our beach stay even better (lots of towels and beach toys for us to use). We loved the views and having breakfast on the balcony looking out to the ocean! The view of the stars at night was gorgeous! We had a very friendly and responsive host! We would be happy to return to this beach house for another vacation!
