Make yourself at home, explore the entire area, enjoy sitting in the swing in the late afternoon and chill! We are pet friendly, a one time fee of 30. Payable upon your departure, which can be left in the "Pet Fee" deposit jar. The bungalow is privacy fenced, ample parking, plus private patio & grill.

Walking distance -5 blocks to coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries, wine bars & a short 1.4 mile walk to the Rockport beach. Perfect quiet getaway in the adjacent neighborhood to downtown, so you are close to all the fun, but peace and quiet at home.

Enjoy breakfast on the screen porch watching birds and beautiful plants. A gas grill just outside the door for you to BBQ. Clean & affordable and close to central Aransas Pass.

The 550 square-foot cottage uses central air-and-heat, keeping you cool - no matter how hot it gets in South Texas.

**No pet fees** Private 2-bedroom home with a queen-size bed in each bedroom. There are 2 bedrooms. 1 is fully private and the other is partially private. This means you have to walk through 1 bedroom to get to the fully private bedroom. The living room has a sofa sleeper that is a queen pullout bed. 1 bathroom. A huge yard with plenty of room to park your boat or RV with locking gates. This old but quiet and safe Flour Bluff neighborhood is close to the beach and even closer to the bay.
