Come unwind in this cozy 2 story home, built in 1906! Perfect balance of antique mistique and modern comfort. The 1st floor Master Bedroom (pictured in listing) is the only one accessable for rent. Guest will have access to the rest of the home (with the exception of the 2 upstairs bedrooms which are used for storage and locked). Relax in the hot tub, then lounge by the fireplace. With extras such as on demand hot water, washer & dryer, wifi, & a huge backyard, you'll be sure to enjoy your stay!

Welcome home. For our fourth experience, Kendall and I wanted to keep pushing two things : unique + cozy. Lights that can set a vibe with the push of a button. Check Gas fire inside, bonfire out. Check Custom epoxy dining table. Check Samsung The Frame TV. Check Light strip on the wall that would make Luke Skywalker jealous. Check And the chefs kiss? A massive hot tub that we probably splurged a hair heavy on. But what we call an investment, you will call the best part of your trip.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Between 2 shopping malls. Close to MSU and LCC. Entire basement is empty so there is a lot of privacy.
