WELCOME! We invite you to stay on one side of our quaint downtown abode. You are in walking distance to some of the best bars, breweries, & restaurants in Indy. Whether you are traveling for work, sports, fun, or just passing through this location is the BEST. We are 1 mi or less to the Convention Center (1mi), Lucas Oil (1mi), Circle Center (1mi), Bankers Life (0.5mi), & Fountain Square (0.25mi)! We typically are at our main residence across the street so if you need anything lets us know.

The property features refinished hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, thoughtful decor and updated fixtures in the bathroom. A modern kitchen offers new appliances, the essentials for cooking, a charging station, and a coffee bar with snacks. Retreat to the spacious fenced in yard and lounge on the patio. History is important to us so we updated the space while staying true the original character & feel.

This home sleeps a group of 8. The master suite has a king bed, a twin size trundle (2 beds), an air mattress, 52” TV w/sound bar, updated shower, soaking tub, and a large walk-in closet. The 2 other bedrooms: queens Safety and comfort are important. Central air and heating are throughout this home. There is a washer and dryer and for guests’ safety, this home is equipped with a Smart Lock system, smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher. In the kitchen, we have a Keurig coffee maker for guests

We are so excited to share our historic home with you! We are minutes from downtown and walking distance to great restaurants, a brewery, coffee shop and ice cream shop. One of our favorite spaces is the front porch, it's a great place to relax! If you head out back you can enjoy our hot tub and fire pit. Our home has lots of character but please remember, it's very old! : ) The house has some squeaks and the floors show wear but we think you will find it a great place to create memories!
