A peaceful wooded setting in the mountains, centrally located with easy access to all the amenities of the Adirondack Park. 17 minutes from Schroon Lake village, its beach, boat launch and marina. About 30 minutes from Gore Mountain ski resort and Garnet Hill nordic center. A multitude of hiking trails accessible all year round. Schroon Lake village also provides shopping, eateries and other services.

Adirondacks Garnet Hill: pristine lake, privacy

Winter: Park at ski shop. Ski in/out cabin is ON the trail system. Private, cozy, fully equipped cabin at Garnet Hill in the ADK forest. Gas fireplace, grill and screened in porch. Steps from hiking trailheads. Access (not lakefront) to protected 13th Lake with sandy beach. Two one-seat kayaks come with the rental. Mountain biking (cabin is on the trails), white water rafting, and tubing nearby. Please note: this is a NOT a hotel/condo or business Airbnb. it has been in our family for 30 years!

CAMP HUDSONVIEW

Dizzying views of the Hudson River! Sweet cabin modest in scale, simple and pure to not detract from the richness of the views, offering a fresh, invigorating sense of just what is needed, nothing more. The rugged primitive siding was harvested from on-site cedar trees; the knotty pine interior was locally sourced. Friends gifted a claw foot tub and historic farmhouse sink. Enjoy an optional hot tub experience in our Japanese spa or our lovely new cedar sauna! Close to Gore and Garnet Hill!

Waterfront Artist Retreat

Our camp is located the heart of the Adirondacks in upstate NY . It is a beautiful four season cabin on Lake Abanakee . The camp is adorned with Adirondack art and furnishings made by my artisan friends and I. Lake Abanakee is a favorite for canoes, kayaks, photographers, fishermen and families. Enjoy glamping in our new screened in lean to or swimming and boating from our private beach. Although our camp looks like a rustic retreat, we have high speed internet and all the modern conveniences.

2 bdrm ADK cabin 10 mins to GORE MTN

The "Mellow Moose" cabin is a quiet and peaceful retreat tucked in the woods. Spend the day exploring the region or just simply relaxing in nature. Afternoons are great for reading a book as the sun shines through the large living room windows. Relax on the screened in front porch for a quiet evening and a drink. Or enjoy a campfire and watch the sunset through the trees. Use this as your home base for a ski trip or a way to explore Schroon lake, Brant lake or Lake George. (Roughly 30mins)

Cozy ADK camp with Indian Lake access

Outdoor enthusiasts dream! Cozy 4 season camp close to everything the Adirondacks have to offer. 2 bedrooms plus a sleeping loft sleeps 6 comfortably. Just a short walk or drive to launch your canoe or kayak from the lakefront access with swimming/fishing dock. This house is ideally located with hiking, fishing, whitewater rafting or skiing close by. In winter, snowmobile trail system can be accessed from the lake! Or simply relax and enjoy the sounds of nature from your Adirondack chair.

Welcome to Camp Stardust! A great spot to find peace among nature, in an exceptional setting. Wrapped in windows, the cabin offers panoramic views and frequent wildlife sightings. Enjoy outstanding kayaking with easy access from your private boathouse. IMPORTANT: our amazing housekeeper is available Monday and Friday. We offer Mon-Fri, Fri-Mon, Mon-Mon or Fri-Fri stays. Enjoy a wooded Adirondack setting with all the amenities you need including a fully-stocked kitchen, rec room with pool table and sauna room. You'll have access to a scenic private beach. Gore Mountain is about 15 minutes away. Hiking trailheads are minutes away. The rustic Garnet Hill Lodge & Restaurant is up the road to enjoy lunch, dinner or their cocktail lounge. You can take a 12 minute ride to historic North Creek for restaurants, shopping and antiquing.
