WALK to Batesville’s Community & Aquatic Center or Riverside Park using the trail system adjacent to the home. White River Health hospital is just across the street should you need that convenience for work or visiting. Within a 1-1.5 mile radius of the home you can visit everything Batesville has to offer- shopping, eateries, movie theater, library, Lyon College & historic downtown. Parking for 5.

The home is just a few minutes from town sitting on 4 acres overlooking beautiful scenery. 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, this home is newly updated with all your essential needs with washer/dryer hookup, coffee bar, access to Wi-Fi, gaming and outdoor fire pit. With plenty of parking space outside the garage also offers a 2 Bay Area.

This quaint, cozy, country cottage is only minutes east of Batesville., AR. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, kitchen, laundry and lovely yard with pergola in back including firepit. Wifi is strong and fast and easy to stream. Beds are for 4 guests, but extra mattress can be used for 5th guest, Bathroom does have shower as well.
