Rosa’s Cottage is so unique, interesting and homey. We love to stay here! Even though we don’t need all three bedrooms, it is a great option in case our grandchildren want to stay over or if one of our Northern California adult children want to visit. It is so convenient and rare to have the use of a second bathroom in smaller homes, a bonus in case of extra family members. The dining table can seat 6 people. Bathrooms are nice sized, clean and have been tastefully updated. The backyard is adorable and we would use it much more if we visited when the weather was warmer. We have our own off street parking space and walk right in the front door to a one level house, making getting luggage and groceries easy to carry in and out. What can I say about Rosa? She is one of the kindest sweetest people you will ever meet and really wants you to have a great stay. We have had a couple of unexpected issues to deal with and she was very accommodating, making our concerns non-issues. Thanks, Rosa!

Millie's property was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay! The breathtaking views made every moment special, and the cozy, beautifully designed interior created such a welcoming atmosphere. The PERFECT loc to visit SDSU child. CHECK-IN/INSTRUCTIONS: easy to understand & got in wo any issues. NEIGHBORHOOD/LOC: easy to find, accessible, on a main, residential street. Couldn’t hear any outside noise. Walked around neighborhood at nite & otherwise, very safe. Within 10 mins of son’s dorm, lots of nearby eateries. KITCHEN: had basic ingredients & some random pantry items, similar to what we find at most Air BnBs. Though we mainly used the kitchen for simple breakfasts, it was well stocked to prep a full meal. Keurig with pods is always a welcome amenity! ROOMS & BATHROOMS: clean, spacious, & well-stocked with all linens. Beds were perfectly firm; no complaints abt kinked necks, sore backs, or rolling into any mid-mattress valleys. LIVING ROOM: clean, big screen, large enough for our fam of 5. BACKYARD: quiet, grass with patio area, jacuzzi which we wanted to try but didn’t get the chance. Hosts also provided snacks/goodies & bottled waters-a nice added touch!

What a wonderful place to stay! This was the perfect getaway for our family. Nicole is an amazing host! This house has everything you need at your fingertips and it’s clear Nicole takes great pride in her property and the satisfaction of her guests. The kids loved how close we were to the beach and all the kids toys. My wife and I loved the deck and gorgeous views. So much fun and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you Nicole!

Great value home in the heart of San Diego, not too far from downtown. The house came with EXCELLENT instructions in the form of a scrapbook, which we thought was very smart. Everything was clean from the kitchen to the bedrooms to the hot tub. It was well stocked with beach towels, so y’all don’t have to worry about those. 5/5 would stay again!

The location was what I was looking for. We had a wedding to go to in El Cajon, so it was convenient. It had a pickelball court in the back, but my brother & sister in law left there paddles at home, thinking that there would be paddles there. We did not find any there. The only thing that I would suggest, would be to have paddles & balls there. Other than that, everything else was fine! Loved the view of the city! Also, Aaron responded to me right away with any questions I had.

Just finished up a great stay! The location is somehow close to everything but still super quiet and peaceful. The photos are spot on and the apartment is extremely comfortable. Kaitlin was great and seemed to be readily available if any issues arrived. Overall we loved our stay and would absolutely stay again if in the area.

Fantastic place to stay with a large group, and a great location! Cheap lyfts to the gas lamp and airport. Right by Balboa Park and walkable to several wonderful restaurants. The apartments were very clean and had all amenities we'd need. The hosts were very organized. Highly recommended!

The location was amazing! Close enough to walk to Crown Point where we were attending a weekend event! Great neighborhood for walking our dog! Jonathan was very easy to communicate with and our stay was exactly what we were looking for!

Rami was a fantastic host. He went above and beyond for us and made us feel extremely welcomed. His place is in an excellent location, with most places in San Diego no more than a 20 minute drive away as well. We would highly recommend staying at his place!

I was so relaxed in this house that I definitely felt like home. the hospitality of the host were one of a kind. I had my 8-year-old son, he was able to play with the kids. the location was fabulous. I can't say enough good things about this trip. I can't wait to go back!

Beautiful place, just like the pictures. Everything was clean and tidy. You can hear the upstairs people but we didn’t mind. Instructions were clear on how to locate the airbnb

1. Great location. 5 minute walk from route 101 - the main drag and shopping area through Encinitas. 2. The living area is spacious and framed by two floor to ceiling class walls with blinds that fully cover them when needed. 3. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, and a full size stove/oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, etc. 4. Queen size bed is comfortable. Bedroom is spacious. 5. Bathroom is well- designed with a through passageway, from bedroom to bathroom to kitchen. Host Peter is amicable. All of the instructions, were clear and everything worked so we didn't have much conversation. This is a great place, great location and we would stay hrre again.

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

We had a great time in San Diego, and we absolutely loved this Airbnb! We appreciated all the amenities and how clean everything was. The home is so thoughtfully designed, our favorites were the beautiful lighting and decor. We very much enjoyed our trip and would definitely rebook! Highly recommended!!

This is a great home in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Located near a shopping plaza with a grocery store, restaurant, and ice cream shop for any needs. Our kids greatly enjoyed the soccer nets, basketball hoop, and swimming pool. The home was clean and Liam was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. This home exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! Just the perfect place to be with family and friends. Sebastien provided very detailed and clear instructions, was very responsive and friendly. I will definitely come back for my future family stays!

This place was good for a large group we liked the 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, the pool was excellent and the kids loved it!
