This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Valerie is a wonderful host: responsive, kind, and generous with her time and suggestions. She's also a native english speaker for those who don't have French capabilities. This apartment is in a great location for both exploring Nice as well as the towns outside of Nice. It's a very easy walk to the tram (connections) and the busses that will take you to all the cities you've heard of, and some incredibly beautiful ones you haven't. Easy walking to grocery and restaurants too.

Martine et Marc nous ont tres bien accueilli dans leur charmante location décoré avec soin avec une superbe vue et au calme. La location est tres bien équipée avec une vraie box Wifi qui est un plus pour nos 2 adolescentes qui ont pu rester connecté :) Martine et Marc nous ont bien conseillés sur la région et de la documentation est disponible sur place, ils étaient également disponibles si nous avions des questions. En sommes nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre sejour dans cette magnifique maison et cette très belle region.

Schön eingerichtete und helle Wohnung oberhalb Monaco. Über Treppen und Lifte erreichbar. Wir waren zu dritt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lärmempfindlich darf man allerdings nicht sein. Bäckerei und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit Elodie war sehr gut. Es gibt viel zu entdecken. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The villa was exactly what is shown on the ad and would highly recommend booking the villa if you have a large group! We went for a hen party and the villa was perfect for the occasion! Severine who was our host was soo lovely and accommodating to our needs. She was easily contactable and super flexible. The location of the villa was great and provided breathtaking views although a little tricky for Ubers to locate so need to amend the pin to the exact location as the villa is located up a sharp turn where drivers can’t easily locate. The villa is extremely clean and had all the amenities needed for our long weekend. The host supplied also kindly supplied a welcome bottle of Bellini and crisps / dips which was a lovely touch! Highly recommend and would come back again!

We stayed at Quete Immo for a few nights with our children and really enjoyed it - the place is clean, freshly renovated and offered a great sense of comfort. The view is wonderful and we enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace. The village was really quiet during our stay so it felt amazing in contrast to the hustle and bustle of the coast. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable escapade, I highly recommend it (and for those travelling with kids, the children’s playground is one minute walk so that comes as an extra bonus).

Nuestra estancia fue mágica! Nos sorprendió la limpieza impecable del lugar, algo que se agradece profundamente al llegar. La casa tiene un encanto único, llena de rincones que invitan a explorar y a relajarse. Cada espacio está decorado con detalles llenos de historia que crean una atmósfera cálida y especial, como si cada objeto tuviera algo que contar. El camino de acceso, rodeado de naturaleza y vistas espectaculares, ya es parte de la experiencia: un regalo para los sentidos. Desde la casa se disfruta de una vista preciosa a las montañas y al mar, perfecta para desconectar y dejarse llevar por la tranquilidad del entorno. La casa está muy bien equipada, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y sin complicaciones. Y no podemos dejar de destacar la amabilidad y atención de Raphael, siempre disponible, atento y generoso con sus recomendaciones. Recomendamos al 100%. Es uno de esos sitios que se quedan en la memoria por mucho tiempo. ¡Gracias por todo Raphael!

Location à recommander. Très bien située, face à la mer. Intérieur très bien décoré et aménagé. Rien ne manque. Correspond aux photos sur le site. De plus le gérant qui nous a accueillis est très sympathique, très disponible.
