Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Lodge at the waterfront, 10 min from Amsterdam

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Our cozy guesthouse offers the best of 2 worlds. You are in a lovely quiet place in the middle of nature with a view of meadows and forest. If you're lucky you'll be face to face with a cow from the house. But you are also only 15 minutes away from the lively capital Amsterdam. The guesthouse is very private at the back of our site at a good distance from our typical Dutch farmhouse. We live here with our 2 kids and our 2 dogs (who walk around freely). Peace & quiet, relaxation, plenty to do!

Cozy apartment only 12 minutes away from Amsterdam. Good equiped kitchen, stylish lounge, new bathroom and comfortable bed (1.40m x 2.00m) The apartment has its own entrance. The backyard is shared with me and my family. From our place it is 200 meters walking to the bus stop which takes you in 12 minutes to the heart of Amsterdam or in 8 minutes to Purmerend another lovely Dutch city.
