Cette maison est juste exceptionnelle, elle est vraiment magnifique et dispose de tout d’ont vous aurez besoin pendant votre séjour, l’hôte n’était pas présent mais Huseyin c’est occupé de nous pendant notre séjour, je vous remercie encore pour votre panier de fruits. La maison se situe à 10 min en voiture du centre de Marmaris. Il y a de la place dans la rue pour se garer. Tout fois la maison dispose de 2 salles de bains contrairement à ce qui est annoncé point pouvant être problématique pour des groupes nombreux comme nous.

cok guzel, sakin bir site. Deniz tertemiz, evin verandasında vakit gecirmek buyuk bir keyif. Onunuzde deniz, sag tarafinizda Amos antik sehrini seyrediyorsunuz. Yatak, carsaflar ve havlular tertemizdi. mutfak gereclerinin bir kismi temiz degildi. Bulasik makinesi cok iyi yikamiyor. Bir de terasta vakit geciriliyor. oradaki mobilyalar daha konforlu olsaydi gercekten harika olurdu. genel olarak mutlu ayrildik, tavsiye ederim.

Ev her bakımından yeterli olup konum bakımından da her yere gitmeye elverişliydi. Ev çok temizdi ve 2 adet bahçesi bulunmaktaydı. Ayrıca, evde 3 adet klima bulunmaktaydı. Odaları ve ev gayet geniş ve mutfak malzemeleri de yeterliydi. Huzurlu bir tatil geçirmek isteyenler için tercih edilebilir.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık, köpeklerimizle keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Artıları: Ev tertemiz ve bakımlı. Eşyalar yeterli ve düzgün. Üst katınızda yaşayan ev sahipleri düzgün, iyi insanlar. Bahçe ve balkon çok güzel ve keyifli, köpeklerimizle çok rahat ettik. Eksileri: Aslında tek bir eksi tarafı var. Kot farkından dolayı bahçe kapısından eve 40 basamak inmeniz/çıkmanız gerekiyor. Bu da bavulları taşırken sizi zorluyor. Denize 3 dakikalık patika bir yoldan gidiyorsunuz ancak bu yolda da basamaklar var. Evdeki basamaklar da eklenince yol kısa olsa da zorlayıcı. Yaşlı ve çocuklar ciddi zorlanabilir.

Having direct access to the beach was lovely for sunbathing and swimming. The accommodation is well set up and furnished well. Very clean with everything you would need to cook proper meals in the kitchen should you wish. In terms of the location, we visited at the end of April prior to the 'season' starting. Many of the restaurants/bars that front the beach were still setting up, however two restaurants were open both serving very good food, fresh seafood etc. with very friendly staff. Eser the host went above and beyond to suggest alternatives a short taxi ride away should we desire. Overall a very positive experience.

First of all the place is extremely nice and newly renovated, it’s got all you need and a nice spa pool if the weathers hot! We were welcomed by Cem who’s Berkes Dad as soon as we drove in, allowed to pick our own eggs from the chicken pen and got plenty of fresh produce for breakfast! If you’re after something nice and private with a local touch this place is definitely the go. Cem was the most hospitable, generous and kind person we have ever met - he gave us local recommendations for food, exploring and beaches, as well as fresh produce from his garden every single day. If you like raki, he is the man for you! You definitely need a car to get here to explore the amazing surrounding beaches and towns - couldn’t recommend this place and the area enough! We will 100% be returning!

Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar! Das haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles sauber , Betten bequem. Das Wasser aus der Leitung ist etwas salzig, aber derzeit werden neue Wasserleitungen gelegt so dass das Dorf angeschlossen ist. Der Strand in sögut ist nah, super Wasser , einfach unbeschreiblich schöne Lage

Idylisch, Natur pur und alles was man benötigt! Das Meer, Zentrum von Marmaris(ein Katzensprung) und die gesammte Marmaris Umgebung kann mit dem PKW zwischen 60-90 Minuten erkundet bzw. erreicht werden. Auch bei 40Grad Temperatur ist diese Ortschaft und die Wohnung erstaunlich frisch und angenehm. Klima haben wir nicht ein Tag beansprucht. Für die Stadt Datca (ca. 2 Stunden/einfach) sollte man von hier aus einen ganzen Tag bzw. 2 Tage einplanen. Soweit alles Top ;)

İlk defa internetten apart tuttum açıkçası güven konusunda sıkıntı yaşıyordum. Ama gerçekten gittiğimde hizmet eden kişiler güleryüzle karşıladılar ve apart her yere çok yakındı. Sahil pazar vs … Ulaşım bizim açımızdan çok rahat geçti. Çok temizdi kaldığımız yer bir artı bir küçük ve şirin evimizdeymiş gibi hissettiğimiz yer oldu. Teşekkür ederim uğur bey ve çalışanları❤️

Great location as in between the marina and main beach bar stretch. Pool was nice to come home to in the afternoon. Place was clean and tidy and would stay here again.

Gerne würde ich mehr Sterne verteilen! Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Uğur war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und höflich. Er war immer erreichbar. Die Damen des Hauses waren ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns alles zur Verfügung gestellt was wir benötigt haben. Die Zimmer sind genauso wie abgebildet, alles vorhanden was man benötigt :) Der Pool war sehr schön und vor allem sauber, er wurde mehrmals gereinigt. Zum Strand waren es 5 min zu Fuß, zur Innenstadt ( Market, Restaurants etc ) ebenfalls. Top Lage, zentral - dennoch sehr ruhig und privat. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft und Uğur weiter 👍🏼 vielen Dank für alles!

konumu gayet iyi plaja 5 6 dk marinaya barlar sokağına 10 15 dk yurume mesafesinde. ev gayet temiz ve duzenliydi. Biz erken gelmiş olmamıza rağmen uğur bey esnek giriş imkanı sağladı bize. kendisine teşekkür ediyoruz.

We were very satisfied with this place. Great location, clean and cozy. Market is right across the street, where we could buy fresh vegetables and fruit. Ugur is a very nice and helpful host. He allowed us to check in earlier. Suggested us places to eat. At the end of our stay he provided us with a transfer to airport. Highly recommend this place to stay in Marmaris!

Marmaris’in en mevki yerinde 15 kişinin rahatlıkla kalacağı mükemmel bir ev. Çok temiz ve bir evde olabilecek tüm eşya edavat mevcuttu.Ayrıca ev sahibimizde her konuda bize yardımcı oldu.İnşallah seneye tekrar aynı evde kalmayı düşünüyoruz.Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle.

Ev sahibimiz tatilimizi onayladıktan sonra bizimle sürekli irtibat halindeydi ve sorularımıza hızlı cevap vererek bizi çok rahatlattı. Mükemmel bir tatil geçirdik arkadaş grubumuzla. Herkese öneriyoruz. Bir sonra ki tatilimizde kesinlikle tekrar kalacağız.

Murat & Elif`s Villa is fantastic. If you are looking for peace and quiet, privacy and a view to die for, this is the place. Everything is top quality. The building, the indoor and outdoor furniture and the design of the outdoor space. You have a beautiful pool and surrounding area plus an upper terrace area with two separate seating areas and a barbeque. On top of that there is another area at the side of the villa that houses a table tennis table, a football game table and a hammock. All this and the fabulous view, what is not to love. At the bottom of the hill by the water edge there is a selection of very good restaurants. The villa`s owners run one of them, the Nautilus, where both the food and service are quite excellent. Ali Bey konaklama öncesinde ev ile ilgili tüm kullanım bilgilerini de paylaştı. Ormanın içinde huzur dolu bir yerdi. Araçla civarda bulunan koylara ve turistik yerlere gitmek çok kolaydı. Bizim için keyifli bir tatil oldu, deneyimlemenizi tavsiye ederim ✌️

İçeriye girdiğiniz ilk andan itibaren kendinizi evinizde hissettiğiniz yer. Geldiğimiz anda bizi karşılayan Hasan Beyin sevgili eşi Nuran hanım seyahatimizin sonuna kadar Hasan bey ile beraber her konuda bizimle ilgilendiler. Evde neye ihtiyaç duyarsanız mevcut, eksik bir şey olursa da zaten hemen temin ediyorlar. Temiz, konforlu ve çok rahat. biz 4 yetişkin 2 ufaklık kaldık. herkes keyfinden aşırı derecede memnundu tatil boyu. Hasan bey ve Nuran hanım bize gidilmesi, görülmesi gereken yerler hakkında bilgi verdiler, restoranlar için tavsiyelerde bulundular (restoranlar için yoğun sezonda giderseniz hemen yer ayırın, dolu oluyor). Ev çarşıya, restoranlara ve dükkanlara 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Artık bizim Selimiye'de bir evimiz var. Manzarayı ve gün doğumuna eşlik eden terasta içtiğim sabah kahvesini her gün arıyorum. en kısa zamanda tekrar gidebilmek dileği ile..

Çok temiz, pırıl pırıl, sükunetli, günlük kullanımda ihtiyaç duyacağınız yiyecek, içecek ve baharat çeşitleri, otomatik çekirdek kahve makinesinden mikrodalga fırına kadar herşeyin olduğu bir mutfak, taze meyve ve meşrubat ikramları. Hava şartlarından dolayı projektörde film seyredemedik ama yazın alacağımız var. Bahçe çok keyifli, görsel ışıklandırmayı uzaktan kumandası ile yapabiliyorsunuz. Havuzun konumu ve tasarımı çok şık. Bir iki ufak sorunumuzda Arda hemen çözdü problemimizi. Kesinlikle çok keyif aldık, tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle, herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz…

Big comfortable house. Kitchen is well equipped. Every room has air conditioning. Internet was OK. Berill quickly responds and helps with directions or questions about the villa.That was a nice stay.

Sessiz huzurlu ve Mükemmel bir tatil.. Ozan bey misafirperverliğinde harika bir tatil geçirdik. Çok mütevazı ve yardımsever. Önerileri ile planlamamızı çok rahat yaptık. Ev çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Ahşap konseptiyle otantik bir havası bulunmakta. Veranda ve havuz çok huzurlu. Ayrıca Ozan beyin kuzeninin tur teknesi ile özel tur yaparak harika eğlendik. Söğüt çok bakir ve doğal. Çevrede gezilecek yerler bulunmakta. Bozburun ve Selimiyeye çok yakın mesafede. Huzur aramak isteyen kesinlikle tercih etmeli. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle. Teşekkürler..
