The Blue House on the Hill

The secluded cute cottage is ideal for those who wish to relax in a peaceful natural environment. Far from the noise and from other tourists, this is the perfect spot to decompress and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located above the tiny village of Nas and you will need a vehicle to reach it (1km dirt road, but accessible with any type of vehicle). Apart from the impressive beach of Nas, during the summer months you will find lovely traditional taverns and a grocery store.

Faros is a small seaside village in southeastern Ikaria. It is approximately 10 kilometers from Agios Kirikos and it is connected by motorway. At Faros located the airport of the island. Our little house of 55 sq.m. is waiting to accommodate you by providing you with all the comforts of a modern home. It is suitable for families up to two kids. 340 meters away there are beaches, restaurants and beach bars. Fortunately, the mini market of the village started working again.

Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

On the north side of the island that is most popular and where you find the best beaches, restaurants etc.

È una bellissima casa di 75 metri quadrati, proprio sulla spiaggia di Faros. È il piano terra di una casa bifamiliare progettata da un noto architetto ikariano. Il cortile privato si estende letteralmente fino alla spiaggia. Ideale per famiglie che cercano un soggiorno piacevole e tranquillo, ma anche per coppie in cerca di vacanze senza stress. La vista sul lato est del Mar Egeo con le isole di fronte, Furni, è unica.

It features a stone paved yard where you can relax, eat and enjoy the sea view as well as a flower garden beneath. Just 3 minutes on foot to the beach and a 7 minute drive to Agios Kirikos, the capital of the island, it is ideal for relaxing and memorable vacations.
