Το κατάλυμα μας βρίσκεται στο τουριστικό χωριό, Αρμενιστής Ικαρίας. Διαθέτει δύο μονά κρεβάτια και ένα καναπέ ο οποιος γίνεται κρεβάτι. Είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές που θα χρειαστείτε για τις διακοπές σας. Η μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα το Ικάριο πέλαγος θα σας βοηθήσει να χαλαρώσετε και να απολαύσετε την διαμονή σας, αξιοποιώντας την με όποιο τρόπο επιθυμείτε. Σε απόσταση αναπνοής υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, καταστήματα, μπαρ καθώς και παραλίες όπως μεσαχτη, λιβάδι και φυσικά Αρμενιστής!

Το Διαμερισμα ΑΛΚΗΣΤΙΣ του 1ου ορόφου, είναι ένα μοντέρνο αυτόνομο διαμέρισμα με μαγευτική θέα στη θάλασσα, σε απόσταση 30 μέτρων από την παραλία και τις ιαματικές πηγές των Θέρμων. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, σαλόνι με δυνατότητα μετατροπής του καναπέ σε διπλό κρεβάτι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο. The house is located in the village.Firodi beach is within walking distance of 10 minutes.Getting to the nearest tavern takes 3 minutes.The center of the village is a 5 minutes walk, where the old school and playground are located.It takes you 10 minutes on foot to reach the convenience store and the traditional church.And it`s a 12 minute walk to get to the small port of Gialos.All walks are extraordinary as you can experience the unique atmosphere of the village.

Situated at the center of Magganitis the most beautiful village of Ikaria.Ikaria is a bluezone area and also Covid free area.From my place you have an amazing view of Agean sea.The place is close to the beach Firodi.Also close to the grocery.50 m.from the tavern"Φεροη"and 1 kl from the famous beach Seychelles. Τhe apartment includes two bedrooms,two bathrooms(the one of the bedroom has ensuite bathroom)kitchen, living room,courtyard,and free parking space.

Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

Cozy apartment with stunning view of the sea and the magical sunset of western Ikaria. In the bay exactly below the house, there's a unique secluded swimming area on the rocks (5 min by foot). Great location, between Armenistis and Nas (both are about 2 min by car). 5-min drive to sandy Messakti beach, 15 min to the traditional village of Christos Raches, less than 25 min to the harbor of Evdilos.

Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται 50 μέτρα από την πανέμορφη και ήσυχη παραλία στο χωριό Κεραμέ. Στην γειτονιά μας υπάρχει ,φαρμακείο,καφετέρια με ποικιλία προϊόντων και νόστιμα πρωινά.Επίσης βενζινάδικο και ιατρικό κέντρο.Το χωριό απέχει μόλις 1χλμ απο το Β.λιμάνι του νησιού,τον γραφικό Εύδηλο Ικαρίας όπου εκεί θα απολαύσετε,καφέ, φαγητό και οτι άλλο εσείς επιθυμείτε.

Relax with a Greek coffee on your private balconies with panoramic views of the mountains and the Ikarian Sea. A small port, which many locals frequently swim at, is a 150 meter downhill walk. A local beach called Firodi is another 350 meters from the port. Seychelles Beach can also be accessed from the port by small boat trip during summer months.
