Welcome to Santa Fe! This charming studio cottage and my home share the property in this quiet residential neighborhood. The cottage is full of Santa Fe charm with a cozy, pretty interior, skylights and lots of natural light, a fully-stocked kitchen corner, handmade cabinets, Mexican tile, one comfy queen-sized bed, and a private garden patio. It's a quiet haven but centrally located, just 2 miles from the Plaza/downtown. It's a lovely place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Our place is in the mountains on the edge of town and National Forest, 1.5 miles from 10,000 Waves Japanese Spa, 10 minutes to the Plaza in the heart of Santa Fe, and 20 minutes to the ski basin with unlimited hiking and mountain biking in between. The house is tasteful, private, quiet, has amazing views, and has easy access to Santa Fe's finest restaurants, galleries, and activities. We are are centrally located in a local arts neighborhood, just 1.8 miles from the plaza and not far from Meow Wolf & main museums. If you want to stay in the touristy historic district-- not us. Also, no TV; but stream on 300 MPS wifi. Your super clean, elegant room, full of eclectic art, has a comfy king size bed, full kitchen, fridge, couch, table & private deck-- perfect for catching exquisite sunset views.

Enjoy your own studio apartment with outdoor patio, private parking , in a peaceful country setting. Tesuque is central to many New Mexico experiences - visit nearby pueblos, state parks and monuments, casinos, rafting and hiking trails.

The van is insulated and has a warm heater for the winter months. *We are built a ADU in the backyard, and have added some updated photos. The van is parked in our backyard with a porch for watching the sunset, an outdoor grill and fire pit. You have private access to bathroom, shower and laundry room in the main house.
