It was a very pleasant experience, the room was located in a very convenient place, you can find supermarket, nice restaurants all in walking distance. The house was clean and cozy, Selma was so nice and always replied in a very short period of time~ will come back again if it is possible~ 5-star recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in Jon’s beautiful apartment. Right in the heart of Reykjavik, it had a splendid view and was walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. Jon was very responsive and easy to work with.

Hildur’s apartment was the perfect base for our stay in Reykjavik. It is walking distance from the city centre but in a quiet and beautiful part of town. We loved the view of the water and the sunset from the living room. The apartment is beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including for cooking meals. It was comfortable, spacious and very clean. Hildur met us at checkin and left lots of local recommendations. She was very friendly, welcoming and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend a stay! Thank you Hildur 😊

Me, my wife and our son stayed at Ingiberg’s place for 6 nights on our trip to Iceland. The apartment was very easy to find and we were able to park the car in the allocated bay (inside the garage). It is slightly outside of the main town but providing you don’t mind a walk (35 minutes) like us then it is not a problem at all. The apartment was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Tv and sound system were great for the evenings. Ingiberg was very responsive on messages and even alerted us when the northern lights were on show. Would definitly recommend staying at the apartment to anyone visiting Iceland.

My family and I (5 adults) had a great stay there. Hjalmar and his wife greeted us when we arrived at the house. He was very responsive and flexible with our check-in. The place was clean and comfortable. It had everything. We would stay there again. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful space in the best part of town! Had a minor miscommunication when we first arrived, but it was quickly and easily resolved. 100% recommend. Certainly didn’t hurt that we saw the Northern Lights from the bedroom balcony!! Absolutely perfect stay!!

We had an extremely enjoyable and relaxed stay here for over a week. It's perfect for 2 people who are focused on seeing the sites of Iceland. A great location only 15 minutes south of Reykjavik and easy to jump on the road for day trip adventures. The view out the window of the harbor is wonderful sitting on the couch at the end of a long day of adventure. Then, if tired don't worry you have 3 nice restaurants very quick walking distances from you. Snaedis provided a thoughtful welcome basket and beers for us, 3 different times during our stay! We also had a grocery store just a minute down the road that made things easy. I can't say enough good things about the hospitality and highly recommend!

This restful Airbnb was tucked away in a small Icelandic town, with no traffic lights and ocean front view. You could hear and see seabirds just south of the house, and the beach was an easy walk away. We even saw the northern lights on two evenings! The beds were new and very comfortable, and the shower and bathroom worked well. It was very nice to have a large refrigerator and freezer space for our meals, as it was a small town with limited stores and restaurants. He gives very good directions on finding his place after you reach Eyrarbakki. We would definitely stay there again, and Dana was a delightful host.

A perfect place for our family of three. Removed enough from Reykavik but a great home base for all of our adventures in the area. The house and grounds are beautiful and relaxing. The host family is so nice and great for recommendations. Finding the house, parking, checking in/out was all very easy. Wish we could have stayed longer!

What a brilliant find these Cabins were for our 1st visit to this beautiful country. We booked as a family of 6, hiring two cars from the airport, to explore the Golden Circle. Arni the host communicated well with brilliant directions and instructions upon our arrival at the Cabins. The scenery around the Cabins were stunning, next to a lake. We were also fortunate to be able to clearly watch the wonders of the Northern Lights over two evening. As a family of 6 - 4 being young adults, we hired all 3 Cabins. They were perfect, clean and homely with all the amenities you would need. It was a wonderful base for us to explore this beautiful south coast of the country. We would Highly recommend hirering these cabins to use as a base if you are planning your own itinery during your visit. Selfoss is not too far so we were able to purchase a small shop from the local supermarket for food during our stay. . Thank you Arni & Family

The ocean view from this home was absolutely stunning. The location was great, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The host was incredibly helpful. I had a wonderful stay!

A beautiful, peaceful setting, with stunning views. Kathrin and her husband let us know when the northern lights appeared one evening and helped us with the settings on our i-phone so we could take the best pictures. Very appreciative or their help. We highly recommend their quiet cottage.

We stayed wishing to catch the Northern Lights and we were lucky enough to do so each night and be there for a huge solar storm. We ventured out the first night and after that realized we were able to stay comfy at our airbnb and see them both in the front yard and backyard. The house was spacious and our children 7 & 1 loved the books and toys available. We were offered a portable crib and high chair which were convenient. There were plenty of novels for adults and a variety of books on Iceland. There is a washer and large drying rack, dishwasher, and full kitchen which was wonderful since it is a serene spot you can relax and not run down the road 15 minutes for food or coffee. I enjoyed walking the road to the church and admiring the horses next door. The location is remote and going to parks or the city required an hour drive. Our host was gracious and extended our check out which was helpful. Thank you for your hospitality.

This place is great! Very cozy and close to the golden circle and Selfoss, which has great restaurants! We especially enjoyed the cozy vibe of the interior furniture and kitchen. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and cold plunge combo. Magnús was really responsive when we had questions, and even got on the phone to walk us through how to fill the hot tub and turn off the lights so we could better view the aurora!

Clean quiet place that allowed us to relax after a full day of sightseeing. It is located in a convenient spot to go see so many of Icelands amazing sights

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Blick direkt auf die Bucht. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt benötigt, man kann es auch für länger aushalten. Da wir ein Auto hatten, kamen wir auch schnell überall hin, die öffentliche Erreichbarkeit können wir nicht beurteilen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

The apartment was very spacious, clean, comfortable with a lovely view of the little harbor nearby. It provided my son and I with a base to explore many of Iceland's attractions using our car rental. Getting into the city takes about 12 minutes by car and around 45 minute by bus. We opted to cook at home since there's not a lot of restaurants nearby. Generally speaking this was a fantastic place to stay and made our whole week in Iceland stress free and relaxing. The apartment also has great water pressure and lots of warm water!

The Harbor Apartment was perfect to visit Reykjavik. It’s clean, comfortably furnished, nicely decorated, and wonderfully warm and inviting on a cold January visit to Iceland. The location was unbeatable, just across the street from the scenic old harbor and near plenty of excellent restaurants and steps from a small market for your daily needs. The host provided voluminous tips on getting around and responded quickly with a work-around when we discovered that the Internet network listed in the check-in instructions was down. We would definitely stay here again. Just one small caveat for light sleepers—the bedroom window is located next to the ground floor elevator and you can occasionally hear the voices of people coming and going, or stomping the snow off their shoes before they get in the elevator.

Rùnar’s home is perfect to rest after an icelandic adventure. It’s warm, comfortable and nice, with an amazing ocean view (we had the chance to contemplete an eruption too!) and good markets near by. There is a delicious little fish market too, at few steps. Reykjavìk is easily reachable by walking (half an hour) or with bus and Seltjarnarnes is a peaceful and welcoming neighborhood. Rùnar and his family are helpful and kind. Thank you for sharing your home!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! We loved the location — it was quiet, but still really close to everything — and the view of the water was beautiful !! The space itself was lovely - clean, open and airy, and had all the basic things we needed. Also— for the parents traveling with young kids— we used the crib, high chair, and was perfect for small kids. Would stay here again!

Snorri and Svava’s Airbnb was so cozy, clean, and in a great location near the city and next to the water. They were so responsive and friendly! I would stay again!

Unnur’s place was absolutely spectacular, and she was an exceptional communicator. She went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed, including a charging adapter upon arrival and extra towels for my comfort. Her communication was truly outstanding.
